Hello…I ve just started macafem after other hormonal / menopausal remedies/ all natural products. However this product for me has been a God sent. Only been on it for 2 wks at the standard dose and almost immediately my sleep has improved by 80%. I think its lessened the intensity of my hot flashes and I do feel a little less brain fog. I would recommend this product.

I thank God for this product it really help me a lot. Anyone have mood swings or even hot flashes this product is for you. Believe me you will not be disappointed when you order Macafem.

Recently tried another option – did not work nearly as well as Macafem. Have been using Macafem for at least ten years, one tablet per day. On the other side of Menopause now and may increase to two. One was perfect for the past ten years though. Will not try other options in the future. Should never switch when something is already working.

Severe vaginal dryness and irritation is reduced. Fingernails are strong/firm not weak/flimsy and appear to be growing faster. Hair is starting to regrow on certain body parts where it had ceased. I’m still waiting for significant growth and reduced shedding on my scalp, though. All in all, I would recommend this product to other women to, at least try it.

Hello every one, I have been using Macafem since 2010 let me tell you Macafem is a great product. I had stop back in 2012 no reason at all because my menopause have subsided some so I had stop ordering. So I’m back on it again because I Been having night sweating again which I hate. So go purchase your Macafem. You won’t be disappointed.

No more mood swings, hot flashes this is great. Love it. It works have spent money on other products that doesn’t work but this does. A+A+

Amazing product, I have taken this for over ten years now. When I take a break for a few months , I notice the difference. Heavier and irregular periods with cramps. It’s the only product that keeps me regular at age 51.

I had started having hot flashes–I would feel hot and suddenly just start sweating. After about two weeks of taking Macafem, the sweats just stopped occurring. After almost three months, they have not returned. I can’t speak for everyone, but for me, Macafem truly does what it says it will.

I’m giving a 5 star rating even though I still get hot flashes. The main reason for the 5 star rating is because Macafem has worked better than anything else I have tried and there are no side effects. The hot flashes I do get are infrequent and don’t last near as long as they used to. Considering my body doesn’t usually respond to most herbal remedies well, I call it a success. I have recommended it to friends and they too have had relief.

I’ve only been taking for a month but I feel like my belly has definitely gone down! My energy level has gone up too.
