I love macafem. I have been taking it for a few years and have very little to no hot flashes. :)

I could definitely see a difference but it took some time and I was one of the unlucky ones who had to increase my dosage. It was well worth it!

I’ll be 52 in few months this supplement is very effective. I love it and helps me do much I’m energetic, my moods always great. I recommend to every woman.

I have been using Macafem for more than 5 years. Since menopause I looked for something to calm the “not settled edgy feeling” that I had with no explanation. Macafem is wonderful and I love that it is all natural, I take one pill in the morning and one at night and find that it calms down the unexplainable anxiety that I felt.
