I was dealing with hot flashes, feelings of depression (wanting to cry at the drop of a hat), difficulty remembering, concentrating and creating a cohesive thought while having conversations. Within one to two weeks my worst systems had subsided. I feel normal mentally and emotionally and no more hot flashes. I am SO incredibly grateful to have found Macafem. It is a relief to be feeling “normal” and productive again.

Macafem is brilliant, when I started my menopause my body and my brain was in overdrive and I was in such a shock with the changes in my moods,sweats and the tiredness. I tried lots of other remedies and all failed and I knew I didn’t want to go on HRT. My friend bought this for herself but she felt she didn’t need it as she was towards the end of her menopause so she told me to try it. Well what did I have to loose, it was there so I gave it a go. Within 2 weeks I felt my mood had changed and the dark cloud wasn’t there, then I began to feel more energetic. I still get the odd sweats but I am much better controlled in everything else. So I have to say thank you to macafem it has improved my overall wellbeing.

I am a healthy 49 year old woman who started getting hot flashes and night sweats, leading to insomnia and irritability, about 4 months ago. I tried many things and have educated myself on the perimenopausal issues and best ways to deal with it. I can say that I noticed a difference within about 4 or 5 days of taking this product (3 tablets/daily). I know it’ll work differently for everyone depending on what other issues or possible health blockages you have going on, but for me this product absolutely works! No more hot flashes during the day and I am sleeping a lot better now too because I’m not having hot flashes at night. I love it and can say I am so happy I found this product.

All I can say is this product really works. I am 46 and have been going through early menopause for 3 years now, due to a partial hysterectomy. It started that 2nd year. I noticed my hair thinning, just out of the clear blue and sweating mostly at night, which of course disrupted my sleep and the worst part for me out of all of this is the depression and not feeling like me and just crazy crazy thoughts that go through my mind. Also some anxiety. I definitely do not want to get on hormones so, I tried this product and some how ( not sure how) but it works. Somehow those horrible feelings and sadness don’t feel as bad. I am through menopause I believe (71) but this product does help me feel more balanced in my moods, stops my night sweats and helps with vaginal dryness and I was skeptical. I didn’t become really aware of those things until I ran out and decided not to order anymore. Within 2 weeks those 3 symptoms really stood out. I am pretty sure it affects my skin appearance as well though it is subtle.

Works better than anything else I have ever tried. Will continue to recommend to others as it was recommended to me by my cousin. Thank you so so much.

Macafem helps greatly with my sleeping issues, however occasionally I will wake up in the middle of the night and be awake for several hours before entering joyous slumber again. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

I have been using Macafem since I first started having adverse menopause symptoms 8 years ago. Now, I am nearing the end of this journey, but I am still taking Macafem. Without it, I notice a drop in energy, and a uptick in sore joints and back pain. It doesn’t seem to help as much with weight gain as before, but that may be due to a drop in both activity level and worsening arthritis.

Macafem helps me sleep better and also helps with my hot flashes.
