I was skeptical at first but a friend recommended the product to me so I purchased a bottle of 100 tablets. I had an appointment for another matter with my primary care doctor and took the product along to ask his opinion on it. I asked him if he thought it was ‘hocus pocus’ or if it might help alleviate the symptoms I was experiencing. He studied the bottle and told me that it should definitely help and that Maca fem products were effective and safe. It has eliminated all hot flashes and other mood swing symptoms for me!

This product is amazing. I have recommended it to relatives and friends. My sister who thought she would need a hysterectomy no longer needs it because she started using Macafem. This is a safe and natural to treat menopause symptons instead of hormone therapy.

I truly believe that every woman going through menopause should be taking Macafem – it has settled my symptoms like none other, at first I was a bit skeptical but thought what have I got to lose. I ordered my first 3 bottles and started taking as soon as I received them. I took them for 3 months with unbelievable results! I thought I would take a break for a month or so to see how I would feel. The truth is that I didn’t realize how amazing Macafem was until I stopped taking it. The first couple of days off Macafem I started getting the headaches and the hot flushes again, i decided to go back on Macafem to see if the symptoms subside or if it was just a coincidence – Trust me it was no coincidence I have been taking Macafem for about 3 years now and I will always make sure I never run out!

I had a radical hysterectomy on February 12th. Needless to say it was very hot and uncomfortable about 3 days after surgery. Pretty intense night sweats and hot flashes and definitely fatigue because of waking up hot multiple times a night.
I’ve been taking Macafem for about 3 weeks faithfully. I’ve had to play around with the dosage to find what works best for me but I think it’s working. My night sweats have improved and are much less intense as are my hot flashes. The number of flashes/night sweats that I was having has dropped as well.
I didn’t know if this would work for me because I don’t have ovaries but it is indeed helping me.
I don’t know about the libido because I still haven’t been cleared from surgery yet. It’s a little too soon to weigh in on that bullet point. I do have high hopes though. I’m feeling pretty confident that Macafem is going to work as promised.
I would definitely recommend trying Macafem. If it helps with the libido then I’ll be changing my rating to 5 stars.

I found that Macafem restored my regular period cycles. I felt a general improvement in energy and sleep. However, it also hurts my stomach at 3 pills a day. I cut back to two and that dosage still seems effective.

Macafem has provided some relief with menopause symptoms for me. Hot flashes are still there but not as intense. I find that taking 3 right after breakfast works best.

I was miserable for several months with hot flashes and night sweats. I couldn’t sleep and was always so tired. 2 weeks on Macafem and all the symptoms subsided. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is premenopausal.
