Love this product. Reordering! Helps with dryness due to hysterectomy, moodiness, weight regulation, etc. I take 2 every morning.

I turned 50 Oct 2017 and I first tried Macafem in April 2018 – Along with Evening Primrose Oil capsules the hot flashes subsided. I was taking 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. I then thought I’d try a supplement that was just maca root when my Macafem ran low. My discomfort returned, not as severe but still noticeable, even though I increased my dosage. I returned to Macafem and after a few weeks, my symptoms have once again subsided. Just ordered another 3 bottles and will continue taking the Macafem – and have suggested it to other friends. Thank You.

This is wonderful product. I also have persuaded my friends to try it. Guess what? They love it. One friend in particular. We always order together. Thank you for making it possible to go totally holistic thru menopause.

The Macafem has helped tremendously with hot flashes, brain fog, and mood swings. It seems to have stabilized my body chemistry. I notice I have more energy and feel less tired. I take in the morning as directed, and two tablets seems to be a great dose for my body. I told my ob-gyn about it and she’s going to try it, as well! It’s so much better than HRT, black cohosh, soy products, and many other products I tried out of desperation. I have slow thyroid function and cannot have a lot of soy, so the Macafem has been great; also helps stabilize weight.

So far, I’ve only taken a bottle. It appeared to work extremely well. I’ve since stopped taking and now I’m feeling sluggish and exhausted again. Ordering again today to see if this feeling will go away.

I was miserable and had little hope of any relief from all the symptoms of menopause when I stumbled across the Macafem information. After a week of research and consideration I decided “what is there to lose?” I am ecstatic that I took the chance. I can not say enough wonderful things about this product. Hot flashes and night sweats are almost completely gone, have begun to lose weight, energy level has returned, but most important my mood and overall disposition has returned to a positive level. Macafem has helped me tremendously. It helps with my focus and dealing with the little things throughout the day.

Significantly helps with mood swings, hot flashes and generalized pains associated with peri-menopause. I generally take 1 to 2 tablets a day…sometimes 3 if needed and my ride through this early menopause has improved!

My daughter had huge mood swings and depression, a week or so before her period. I bought Macafem for myself, but after reading the benefits for PMS, I decided to let her try it. The first month I notice an easier person to live with, and by the second month I did not even know she had already had her period. No moodiness or depression. She calls them her happy pills (I told her not to say that too loud, people might think the wrong thing). So glad we found Macafem!!!!!! peaceful home now!

I love Macafem! It has given me my memory back!! I was struggling to the point that I was afraid I was going to have to quit my job. My night sweats are GONE. It has also helped my hot flashes tremendously. They happen much less frequently and I can tell a huge difference if I forget to take it more than a couple days. I also love the little lift it gives me in energy. I can’t have caffeine in any form, and Macafem doesn’t affect me like that. I only have to take 2 a day, with food/breakfast.
