I have been taking Macafem for 6 months now and I love it. Prior to trying Macafem, I was on hrt. They were making me crazy and I had to find an alternative. I tried other supplements but Macafem is by far the best for me. No hot flashes anymore and making love to my husband has become enjoyable again.

I have been using this product for about 1 year now and it has helped with my night sweats and keep my weight down.

My menopause symptoms started in early 2017 right before my 54th birthday. I was experiencing multiple symptoms: night sweats, dizziness, mood swings and more. My doctor offered HRT and went on to explain the potential risks. I decided not to start the therapy, but instead researched on line for a natural treatment. I have been taking Macafem on and off for about 4 years. I started because I had numerous irritating symptoms of menopause: itchy skin, bloating, hot flashes etc. I searched the internet for information and found Macafem. Within a couple of weeks symptoms reduced or went away completely. At times my symptoms completely go away and then I try not taking Macafem. Symptoms always come back. So I am back on them again. If I take 1-2 a day I seem to be fine. When I am battling the more intense symptoms because I stopped for a while I take 3-4 a day to get back under control. I am also treating a thyroid issue which can create similar symptoms. My menopause is in full swing after 3-4 years of pre-menopause. I am very thankful for Macafem. It has made THE difference.

It’s really helped. I don’t have any hot flushes now. I’m not game to be without it. Just wish I could purchase it in Australia.

I wish I could be certain that is this product and not just that it happened for some other reason, but I have not had symptoms for maybe 2 weeks. I am so happy! It was unbearable to live that way!

Within 2 months of taking Macafem, I no longer had morning dizziness. I still have hot flashes, but they only last a few minutes and are not severe. I have been taking Macafem for 8 years without any adverse side effects. My doctor considers it completely safe. Thank you, Macafem!

I have been dealing with menopausal symptoms for the past 3 years. Over the past year, I have experienced severe night sweats then eventually hot flashes during the day. I could not slept through the night without the help of sleep aids. I tried several different supplements but nothing seemed to help. I stumbled on the Macafem website while doing some research on menopausal symptoms. I ordered one bottle just to see if it would help. I noticed a difference within the first day…the daytime hot flashes diminished dramatically. Knowing it could take a while to have a full effect, I ordered a 3 month supply and doubled my dosage, taking 2 morning/noon/evening. After about a week, no more night sweats and I’m sleeping through the night. I even had a slight period for the first time in a year. I’m still dealing with fatigue but I have noticed a big difference in my mood and am interested in sex again.
