I just ordered another bottle after 2 weeks of running out my flashes increased..my my skin started itching again and my nerves are on edge.. This never happens while on macafem..Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I still flash just not as severe and often

I find that Macafem has significantly decreased my hot flashes. I have been using this product for the past 4 years and am very happy with it.

I have struggled with vaginal dryness as my worst menopausal symptom. As a woman who has a husband with a very high sex drive for 40 years, this has been really rough on both of us. I have to hand it to my husband, he has been very patient with my struggles to find the product that works for me. Doctor prescribed Premarin was a disaster for me….I was in constant pain internally, due to the vaginal dryness. I did ‘so’ much research, it wasn’t even funny. I was so very desperate! Then I came across macafem. I prefer the more holistic path to my body care and this seemed to fit the bill. I was very skeptical, as NOTHING seemed to work. I took the advice of other reviews and the company, to take it for 3 months to see the true results. I won’t lie, I was disappointed it didn’t work right away. I actually did finally feel better internally, but sex was still excruciatingly painful…..until tonight! 2 1/2 months in and on my 3rd bottle. It was still a bit uncomfortable, but nothing like it has been! I told my husband, I was ordering another set of 3 bottles tonight!!……..finally relief! Worth every penny to me! I gave it a 4 simple because I want to see what the next 3 months bring…..

I find Macafem very helpful for hot flashes and mood swings. I like the added benefit of fighting osteoporosis. I have no side effects from Macafem.

This stuff is amazing! I turn 41 in a couple of months and this year I have started have night sweats, moodiness, low libido, and a hot flash here and there. Macafem to the reduce! It has helped with all those things and I’m not even finished with my first bottle. I knew Maca root helped with women’s issues so I had been adding some to my smoothies…not the same! I never noticed any improvement just doing that. So glad I found this product!

I’ve only used this for 1 month, but it seems to be helping with the hot flashes and vaginal dryness, I even think it helps me stay full and eat less, so far so good!

Haven’t finished my first bottle and already feeling much better. The intermittent periods have stopped and so has the cramping. So far so good!

I love this product, it is natural, does what it says it will do and is gentle and does not effect my allergies. Thank You for this wonderful product. I have given out samples to friends and they plan to order as well.
