LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product!!! I had been searching everywhere for something to help my hot flashes, night sweats and terrible mood swings as I’ve been going through menopause! Nothing else came close to helping me. I am SO thankful I came across this product as I searched on the internet. I didn’t expect any results for a while, and was absolutely amazed that my night sweats were gone within one day of taking Macafem!! My mood improved almost instantly too! I will swear by this stuff, it’s completely got rid of all of my symptoms! I did cut back from 3 pills twice a day to two pills twice a day, because the one day I did take three, my stomach felt really bloated. Two twice a day has worked wonderfully!

So far after only 1 month, it seems to have decreased my hot flashes from several/hour to only several/day. It has decreased my migraines by about 90% and is helping me sleep better. I am having fewer mood swings, more energy, and more of a sex drive. I have my life back and am very pleased with the results!

I was desperate looking for something to help my symptoms:  hot flashes several times an hour, decreased sex drive, low energy, mood swings, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, but the worst was my daily migraines. I normally got migraines during PMS and took Imitrex during that time only, as it is a PRN (as needed) medication. During menopause I was taking it almost as a daily medication, which isn’t good. I have been on Macafem about 1 month and have only taken Imitrex 1-2 times during that time. I am sleeping again, hot flashes several a day rather than several an hour, and I have energy and a sex drive again. And I am only taking the low dose at 2 tablets every morning. Love it!

Macafem has been fantastic for relieving my menopause symptoms, I’ve gone off them twice and once back on them my hot flushes are quickly diminished.
I wouldnt be without them so strongly recommend them.

I find that Macafem helps with my hairloss – I still loose hair, but Macafem reduces the amount of loss. I’m very happy with the product and have used it for a number of years!

Thank you so much for this product. It has helped tremendously with the hot flashes. I am still getting adjusted to my new reality as I have had a hysterectomy abut 6 months ago. Still no sexual desire however.

Was having hot flushes all night, now only having about one every now and again, so sleeping much better. I still have itchy skin, am hoping next bottle will help with this

It has regulated my periods, no more hot flashes, and emotionally more balanced. The only side effect I have noticed is when I take my 2 pill dose to late in the day I have a lot of rumbling in my stomach but no pain. It has really helped after taking it for almost a month and I just purchased my 2nd bottle.

It is a Natural way to subside the feelings associated with Menopause.
I can honestly say this product works for me. Have been using it now on and off for the past 5 years. When i am not taking Macafem regularly my mood levels change as do my energy levels. It is the only vitamin i have needed while going through Menopause. No other supplements where required. Please try it, you will be surprised and thankful you did.

So far I will keep taking it. I just ordered 3 months supply after my 1 month. I am taking 3 a day. My hot flashes are almost gone. I have dizziness and internal shaky/tremors that the doctor can’t explain. But I was having that with the hot flashes and that made it unbearable. I am going to increase mine to see if it helps other symptoms. I have had complete blood work 2 MRI head and neck. 5 different doctors. I went off caffeine and started a healthy balanced diet limiting sugar. I lost 7 lbs without trying. I ‘feel’ better but not all better. Still fatigued. I am waiting on a saliva hormone adrenal gland fatigue test. I go back to Neurologist tomorrow and although she just wanted to treat me for anxiety before I am hoping she has some other idea.
