I take Macafem for a couple of years now. The menopausal symptoms dropped to a minimum from the very start and continue to stay this way.

I like the product! I miss some days but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m sleeping better because I’m not waking up with hot flashes. If I have any, they are tolerable, mild and over quickly. I was using Bio-identical and decided to stop and use your product. I’ve been very happy with it. I’m not craving and eating for no reason. I’m focused and getting things accomplished again. I’ll be ordering more soon. Have two bottles left I think. Thank you!

Have taken 2 full bottles now (3 tablets each morning). Had no noticeable improvement for the first 3 weeks, but by week 4, noticed improved mood, energy returning. Sleep was less disturbed. Flashes are not a big issue for me so cannot comment. ran out and have been off pills for a week now and noticing the loss of benefits of taking them, so ordering a 3 month supply. I recommend.

I’ve been taking Macafem for several years now, trust me it REALLY helped me through perimenopause, menopause, and now post menopause. I keep my supply going, and cannot even imagine how my life would have been had I not discovered it!

I’ve been taking Macafem for quite sometime & it has been much more helpful than other OTC products. It has especially been helpful with mood swings and bloating. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that a few years back, they changed the size & shape of the pill. It can be difficult to swallow – I almost choked a couple of times. I shared this concern with them but received a bland, disinterested response.

In a continuous endeavor to improve Macafem, the shape and thickness of the tablets did change in 2015. After gathering feedback from our clients, we have determined that thickness should be reduced, which we are in the process of doing.

I decided to try it after reading all the testimonials, and started feeling better almost immediately. I did have to adjust my blood thinner, but my dr worked with me. I also gave her an empty bottle, because she wanted to find out more about it, after seeing how much it helped me.

I had been taking Black Cohosh with minimal results but within 2 weeks my hot flashes, dryness and lack of libidio was completely gone with Macafem! I was cautious at first- I am estrogen dominant ( migraine triggers) but Macafem worked beautifully! As a Nurse Practitioner I am always open to natural treatments. I would highly recommend this product!

I’ve been using Macafem for over a year; it eased my hot flashes within a few weeks. My hair is also no longer thinning. I’m thankful for Macafem!

The price is a little high, but it is well worth it! I thought that it wasn’t helping me, but it wasn’t until I completely ran out of it, that I realized it was truly working and I just needed to give it time. It is not something that is a quick fix, but it does help if you take the required doses. Everyone’s body is different, so what may work for you, may not work the same for someone else, it may take longer or shorter. Just depends on your body. Give it time and don’t expect it to be quick and immediate. Give it a few months as they post.

I just finished my first bottle of Macafem and I couldn’t be happier. After having my ovaries removed I started experiencing almost constant warm flushes, tremendous loss of sleep and a roller coaster ride of emotions. I knew I had to do something because it was greatly affecting my quality of life. Macafem gave me that quality back. It took only a day or two for the flushes to stop and then by the end of the first week I noticed a big improvement in my mood and steadily now my sleep has improved as well.
