Macafem has made a huge difference to my menopause symptoms. No more aching joints or night sweats etc. It has also given me a lot of energy which is a bonus. I am now taking no medication from the doctor and am solely taking only Macafem. It did give me a bit of a sore stomach for the first few days but I persisted and I’m so glad that I did. I’ve been on it now for about a year. Give it a go, you might just find that it’s the best decision that you’ve made in a long time.

Although I came through the early stages of Menopause relatively easily, eventually heart palpitations and hot flashes did come on.
