Product is great (five stars). Stops hot flashes, controls weight issues, stops headaches, nausea and bloating. A miracle in a tablet. Makes you feel like a normal person again.

Shame that for International customers they do not offer a variety of shipping options. Not all countries have such a good postal service as the US. This is why it only gets a 4 star rating!

Macafem has helped me tremendously. I don’t have heavy periods or irregular bleeding anymore.

For the past 7 years, I have tried loads of different, mostly natural things, eventually to include various HRT prescriptions, to help relive my Menopause symptoms.
I am pleased to say that this is one of the only things that I have found works well and feels right for my body.

I have had hot flashes and night sweats for an unbelievable 18 years. Macafem is the first product out of many I have tried that actually gave me relief. I am absolutely satisfied with the results. It is the best product on the market! Thank you so much!

I think this product has been helpful in relieving (but not eliminating) menopausal symptoms. I don’t recommend the full dosage to anyone. Two tablets per day is a good start. Each tablet contains 1500 mg which is quite a lot if compared to what one can find in local health stores.

My one comment to the company distributing the product is that they recommend 3 tablets per day, so the bottles of tablets should contain a number of tablets divisible by 3 (like 120, as opposed to 100).

Each Macafem tablet contains 500gm and the dosage that we recommend is 3 tablets a day which is equal to 1500mg per serving.

I went through menopause 7 years ago and was still experiencing hot flashes every day. Since taking Macafem ( I’ve been taking it over a year) I do not have any at all! I am so glad it’s a natural supplement and will continue to take it.

This really works. Great product.

I’ve had amazing results from this product. Nothing else relieved my hot flashes and mood swings as well. It took a couple of weeks to start having an effect, but I have kept using it now for several years with no side effects.
