I am on my 5th bottle and this product has greatly improved my pms symptoms. I am 48 years old. My pre period fatigue, weepy feeling, and cramps have all but gone away. My overall mood has also improved since I have started these pills. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I don’t ever want to run out. Life is better w/ Macafem. I still go thru rough spots at times but back on track in no time. When I hit these rough spots, I have started taking 1 extra a day & in a couple days I’m back to my normal dose & feeling well

Macafem has been a game changer for me. Since using Macafem for 7 mos I no longer suffer from insomnia, hot flashes and night sweats; less brain fog. I started out taking 3 tablets/day I noticed increased appetite so I reduced to 1 tablet/day 5 days a week and 2 tablets/day 2 days a week. Works like a charm. Grateful to God that this product was shared with me.

Macafem has helped me with joint pain, night sweats are very low, my energy level increased, and I can remember things better.

I am a very emotional person and have been on an antidepressant for years which has made me pretty stable. I just turned 54 and I am still having periods most months. I have been taking Macafem consistently for about a year. I feel it has really made me more stable emotionally. I still cry and have emotions of course, but I don’t feel so fragile. The few times I have run out of vitamins, I could tell the difference (and so could my husband!). I am thankful for the benefit I receive from Macafem. I don’t have any hot flashes or other symptoms- maybe those are yet to come, but I haven’t experienced any so far.

First month of taking macafem we concieved, and so did my sister. We were both trying for a few months. Sadly i lost my Baby at 11 weeks, but she carried hers full term then.. Great product.
