When I first came upon this website, I was curious and cautious. I read many of the testimonials. I finally decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! I am 48, have born 4 children. Macafem has saved my sanity! I am 49 and going through terrible hot flashes, night sweats and other menopause related symptoms. I have tried many of the natural remedies out there but none of them did a thing. I was so desperate a few weeks ago that I even called my regular dr. and asked if she could prescribe me a safe HRT. For the first time in about 8-10 years I am sleeping through the night!!! I still have night sweats on occasion but not to the extent that it keeps me up all night and not every night. My cold flashes during the day are not as often nor are they as intense. (No one told me about cold flashes, I thought I was going crazy or had some weird disease) At first I was not feeling/seeing that much change but increased (slowly) my dose to the max of 6 total a day spread out throughout the day. By the middle of my 3rd month I was feeling/living normal again. What a find!!! I ordered this product based on other’s testimonials – I am so glad I did. I started using this product on May 8 (it’s only June 1) by only using 2 – 3 pills a day and what a relief (literally).
