I am 52 years old and for 4 years I have suffered from perimenopause/PMS, it controlled my life; extreme nausea, very painful cramps, hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, sore gums, canker sores, crashing fatigue, strange “electrical” shocks through my body, racing heart, 14 day periods, back to back periods, headaches, 2 trips to the ER, I was at the end of my rope! I only had maybe 7 good days a month. I have been looking for something-ANYTHING-to help; talking to others, searching the internet… then I ran across Macafem. I read every single review. Every one. I don’t buy things on a whim, my money is too precious to me and I am not one who follows “trends”. But I decided to buy it, I figured my perimenopause could not get worse. I AM STUNNED, AMAZED AND BEYOND THRILLED! My symptoms are gone. GONE. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. After 3 days every single symptom was gone; I was shocked. I keep a calendar of all my symptoms and have for years. I SHOULD be having many symptoms right now, I should be sick–but because of Macafem, I am fabulous! I am sad that I did not find this years ago. I am telling everybody I can!! I have never been so impressed with any product for anything in my entire life as I am with Macafem. It honestly gave me my life back, I was so sick it affected everything I did. I missed many days of work due to cramps and nausea, now it’s all gone. I encourage anybody reading this to absolutely buy it, you will NOT regret it!!! Why do doctors not know about this?? They absolutely should be telling women about this product! I think Macafem needs a commercial-we need to get the word out, we need to stop suffering in silence. Thank you Macafem makers, this is a miracle! (please advertise more somehow, women need this and I searched for years for help on the internet, and I only ran across this a month ago.)

I am 59 years old. I take Armour 15mg for Thyroid, but I decided to try Macafem to see if I could have better results and I did. Last 15 years I’ve been struggling with thyroid issues, Hashimoto, dysbiosis, leak gut, inflammation everywhere, hair loss, fatigue, trigger fingers, aches, and pain always, etc. It seemed like was one thing after another.. I started Macafem about 3 months ago and I noticed the difference after 2 weeks. I have improved my health so much in the last 3 months. Also, I am eating less, skipping a meal every day, and trying to eat more vegetables, a lot of greens, animal protein, good fats like avocados and olive oil, and exercise. I am also sleeping better. Macafem has helped me a lot with aches and pains, neck and head sweat, insomnia, and improved energy. However, I still have problems with the trigger fingers which I consider better because I have no pain now. I am happy that I tried Macafem, I just took 1/day. And it’s working. I am ordering it again.

Because I’m on many other medications because of lupus, my doctors didn’t want to use hormone medication. I became so desperate for relief I started searching the Internet for help and found Macafem. In about 2 weeks time I started noticing a difference and after a month I am feeling better than I have in several years. My brain is refreshed and I can’t believe how much better my life is!! I have been using Macafem for over 6years now !! Great product it helps you with whatever your overall symptoms lack of sleep hot flashes, irritations energy, I had stopped buying it since I started to feel with no symptoms but I always return to it!!

I am post menopausal, I always had beautiful healthy nails. After my menopause my nails started to split and my hair thinning. I found this product in the internet, after reading several reviews I decided to give it a try. I am in my first bottle and I can see my nails and hair getting healthy again. I give 4 stars bc I a m in my first bottle. I am ordering the 3 month supply and see how it goes. My night sweats have reduced as well. I hope this helps to all women out there.

It has helped improve brutal night sweats I’ve had for years, about 90% better and my nails are stronger and are growing wonderfully.

Migraines & severe night sweats were wreaking havoc in my sleep and my days. I started Macafem and at some point ran out. Migraines returned and my husband said, “are you still taking that new supplement?” Aha moment. I had stopped due to being out. I reordered 6 month supply and have a reminder on my phone. I still have occasional migraine and night sweats, but NOTHING like it was. Now, if Macafem would offer a subscription service.
