I have been taking Macafem for about 5 years now. My doctor had offered me HRT, but I really didn’t want to go that route. Macafem has been a lifesaver! I wasn’t sleeping due to hot flashes and that somewhat “edgy” feeling, where you just can’t settle down, and leg aches. I was getting migraines often, and was extremely moody with no patience…. basically constant PMS-like symptoms, but was heading into menopause. I am now through menopause, but still find if I forget to take my Macafem for a few days, I start having more hot flashes again with trouble sleeping. Will continue as long as I need to to feel good! I have used this product for years and have had excellent results. It is true to its word and worth every penny to get relief from my pre-menopause/menopausal symptoms. Thank you for a natural, safe product that doesn’t give you worse side effects than the actual problem.

I LOVE this stuff!! All my menopause symptoms were gone in 3 DAYS. My aunt is in her 80s and is still having hot flashes and mood swings, my mom is 80, past menopause, and has just started having hot flashes – I’m putting both of them on Macafem. Thank you, Lord, for showing ‘whoever’ how to formulate this miracle supplement!

I’ve used it for over 2 months.. It has definitely worked to reduce the awful mood swings, which makes my hubby and family happy as well :-)

I had severe night sweats, I was changing the bed in the middle of the night it was sooo bad. Macafem has made all the difference. I now wake up in a dry bed. I do have to take 6 pills. I take 2 at about 7:30 pm and the other 4 at bedtime. I also noticed sugar and carbs also have a huge impact on my night sweats, I started Keto and am so much better. If you have all but given up. Try this and see if it helps. It works for me.

Hello…I ve just started macafem after other hormonal / menopausal remedies/ all natural products. However this product for me has been a God sent. Only been on it for 2 wks at the standard dose and almost immediately my sleep has improved by 80%. I think its lessened the intensity of my hot flashes and I do feel a little less brain fog. I would recommend this product.

Recently tried another option – did not work nearly as well as Macafem. Have been using Macafem for at least ten years, one tablet per day. On the other side of Menopause now and may increase to two. One was perfect for the past ten years though. Will not try other options in the future. Should never switch when something is already working.

Severe vaginal dryness and irritation is reduced. Fingernails are strong/firm not weak/flimsy and appear to be growing faster. Hair is starting to regrow on certain body parts where it had ceased. I’m still waiting for significant growth and reduced shedding on my scalp, though. All in all, I would recommend this product to other women to, at least try it.
