I have been using Macafem for many years now. It has really helped level my hormonal system in a natural way through menopause. I now give it to my daughter and we can really tell the difference. You know a product is good when you quit using it you can tell the difference.

It is good, I got great result many nights I can’t sleep because of the night sweat ECT. Thank God I can rest without waking up. So I referred three people and they give thumbs up it’s doing miracle in their life, everything they try never work only macafem.

I had a hysterectomy March 17th 2019 and I have not felt myself since. I just finished my first bottle of Macafem and I am starting to feel better. Im less tired, I have more energy, Im not depressed/ moody and I am enjoying my husbands company again. :) Thank you Macafem

For some reason I keep starting and stopping taking Macafem. I think I start feeling so great I think I don’t need it. This last time I was off of it for about a year. A few weeks ago I was feeling terrible with menopause symptoms and remembered I still had a full bottle left. I started taking it again and within 3 days I felt so much better. It most definitely helps my mood and I just feel better overall. I definitely recommend this product!

I was initially a little apprehensive if it was going to work and it so, how fast. Well, within 2 days my hot flashes completely stopped! However, it hasn’t helped with my hair loss, unfortunately. This is why I only give 3 stars.

Its taken a while to kick in…but I think its really helping my mood. I’m not in menopause yet, but was told it could help heading into it if you had pre-menopause like symtoms.

After reading reviews decided to give this a go, more out of desperation, as hot flushes were so bad. Best thing I did, these are amazing. Within 2 weeks hot flushes had almost ceased bar for the odd one or two. Now two months in, taking 3 a day nothing. Life changing!!!
Just ordered another 5 months worth. Amazing natural product that actually works for me.
