I stopped taking Macafem and boy! was I wrong. While NOT on Macafem, I had hot flashes several times a day – almost drenching in sweat – pitiful. Well, just restarted taking Macafem with pills left over and in four days the hot flashes have subsided considerably! Will continue to take Macafem; in fact, am reordering today. Am sorry I stopped but so glad Macafem was created. Thank you so much!

I can tell a big difference when skip a few days. I have been taking Macafem for a year and I definitely can feel the balance. Less hot flashes, etc…

Have used this product for the last year and happy with it. I have just run out of it and waiting a while before reordering to see how I am. All the hot sweats are back along with the aches and pains but worst of all feeling sluggish and have definitely put on some weight 😕 reordering and won’t leave it so long next time. They are a bit pricey however you get what you pay for these days, I’ve tried lots but non work as well as these.

I have found that Macafem is helping me transition through menopause easier. My weight is stable, hot flashes are rare and mild, water retention is gone, I have more energy and feel much better. I have combined it with eating healthy and regular exercise.

I have found menopausal relief using Macafem! It has greatly reduced all the uncomfortable effects I was experiencing.

Love it, I was miserable before taking this. I take 3 in morning and 3 in evening until the symptoms abate, then 3 a day everyday and I am hotflash and breast tenderness free. Can’t recommend enough.

I went through menopause twenty years ago, I was younger than most because of thyroid disease but over the years I had lost all desire for intimacy with my husband. Since starting to take Macafem my periods have become more regular again, cramping is not as much of a problem, and night sweating is much better. I did find that I need to take it in the morning or I had trouble sleeping at night. Once I switched I haven’t had any more problems with sleeplessness. I only take one tablet a day at this time.

My name is Phyllis and IL I’ve been taking Macafem now for about 3 years now. Macafem really works for me. I’m soooo in love with this product and I highly recommend Macafem. I stopped taking it for awhile but this heat is back on and I had to order me some more and this time 4 bottles. I can’t wait until it comes in the mail. There’s other products out there but this is the first one I ordered and I trust this product. It helped me out a lot with the mood swings and hot hot flashes! I’m telling you ladies and oh it also helped with the dryness of the VJay-jay too! So there you have it!!! It works for me and the only way you’ll know if it works for you is to try it!!!

I have been taking Macafem for three months now and I have to be honest I am amazed with the results.
