Macafem has helped me tremendously. It helps with my focus and dealing with the little things throughout the day.

Significantly helps with mood swings, hot flashes and generalized pains associated with peri-menopause. I generally take 1 to 2 tablets a day…sometimes 3 if needed and my ride through this early menopause has improved!

My daughter had huge mood swings and depression, a week or so before her period. I bought Macafem for myself, but after reading the benefits for PMS, I decided to let her try it. The first month I notice an easier person to live with, and by the second month I did not even know she had already had her period. No moodiness or depression. She calls them her happy pills (I told her not to say that too loud, people might think the wrong thing). So glad we found Macafem!!!!!! peaceful home now!

I love Macafem! It has given me my memory back!! I was struggling to the point that I was afraid I was going to have to quit my job. My night sweats are GONE. It has also helped my hot flashes tremendously. They happen much less frequently and I can tell a huge difference if I forget to take it more than a couple days. I also love the little lift it gives me in energy. I can’t have caffeine in any form, and Macafem doesn’t affect me like that. I only have to take 2 a day, with food/breakfast.

I started using Macafem a couple of months ago and I have really noticed a change in my symptoms. I was having hot flashes, but my biggest problem was feeling gloomy, lonely, sad several days out of the week. Macafem has all but taken that feeling away and I am not getting hot flashes at all. I just ordered three bottles. I would definitely recommend trying it to others.

I’ve been using Macafem for the past 4 years and can happily say I’ve been slowly going through menopause w/o any extreme symptoms. I originally started w/ hot flashes, itchy skin and a low sex drive. All pretty much reversed or reduced after starting Macafem. Will continue until…. probably forever.

I feel better overall, more positive and less moody. I seem to have more energy and less menopausal symptoms.

I am 23 years old (many YEARS away from menopause!) and have 4 kids. After each kid, I could feel that my body/energy/mood were not what it was before having kids and especially since I was having my kids so close together, I knew something needed to change. I had to have a total abdm Hysterectomy at age 23. Although I was on hormone replacement therapy for several years in my 40’s I had to stop due to the health risks.
