This product is a God send! The first night I took this product I had no night sweats. I sleep like a baby and feel wonderful. When I miss a dose I can tell because my symptoms return. I will continue to use this product and tell others about it! Thank you Macafem!

I had been experiencing a lot of cramping and stomach issues tied to perimenopause for months before I found Macafem. I began taking 3 tablets a day about a month ago, and I can honestly say I feel 90% better already. I’ve even recommended it to my acupuncturist, who has experienced symptoms similar to mine. I won’t go without Macafem!! I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago. Had lots of hormonal issues afterwards and did not want to go on man-made hormones. My sister told me about Macafem. I have been using bio-identical hormones for a few years to control hot flashes. I’ve been taking macafem to ween off the bio-identical estrogen. It seems to be helping – I am on my third bottle and just ordered 3 more.

So it’s been a week and WOW! I never write reviews ever and usually think they are nonsense but this product is something else. I feel like a million bucks and bye bye awful night sweats. I was seriously feeling miserable and my hair was falling out but even that had stopped. If you are a woman over 40’and you don’t get this product you are just missing out. Best thing I ever did was get this. I’m about to order 6 more bottles.

I have trouble with balanced hormones and have been post menopausal for 10 years. When I take this, I have much more balance. When I have stopped taking this supplement, the hormone imbalance comes back with a vengeance.
