A friend told me about this product a few years ago. I was skeptical, but I ordered a few bottles. After a few weeks, I noticed that the hot flashes had subsided greatly. I have not taken the supplements in a year and I am at the point now where the hot flashes are just too much. Looking forward to seeing how they work this time.

I wish I would have tried this earlier in perimenopause. I could have had extra years without night sweats, hot flashes, etc. Definitely glad that menopause concerns led me to research Maca fem. Thank you.

I began using Macafem to help regulate my periods. It has worked wonderfully. I have gone from an average of 20 days to around 30 days.. That has made a huge difference in my energy levels and my overall well-being. I have just re-ordered after my first 2 bottles of use and would recommend it to my friends.

I’ve been taking Macafem for about 50 days or so. I am seeing good results. My hot flashes have diminished and are less severe and my acne seems to be clearing a bit. I hope to see more improvement as I continue to use this product.

Macafem has really helped with my hot flashes. I take 3 tablets after breakfast. I appreciate that I have found a product that helps me without going to hormone replacement therapy.

I am 61 yrs old. My hot flashes were so bad that the bottom of my glasses would fog up. No night sweat no weight gain I haven’t found the energy yet nor my sex drive is not back yet that’s with one bottle I’m hoping that those two things will come back with the second bottle I just purchase…..
