Hot flashes have diminished in frequency, duration and intensity after only one month using this product. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Macafem has really helped with my hot flashes. I take 3 tablets after breakfast. I appreciate that I have found a product that helps me without going to hormone replacement therapy.

I am 61 yrs old. My hot flashes were so bad that the bottom of my glasses would fog up. Hormones supplements were helping a bit but my doctor said I had been on them too long and would not renew my prescription. I was in hell!! Months went by and the hot flashes were not letting up. No night sweat no weight gain I haven’t found the energy yet nor my sex drive is not back yet that’s with one bottle I’m hoping that those two things will come back with the second bottle I just purchase…..

I’ve found Macafem has done all they said. I am past menopause but always perspired like a faucet and was constantly fatigued. Since starting Macafem, I feel like a new person. My energy is much better and it has reduced my swearing considerably.

I can tell you 2 times now I ran out of my 3 bottles and did not reorder for a week or two. My symptoms… hot flashes, vertigo, dizziness started returning… at first I was like what in the world?? Then I said to my husband, “It’s the Macafem, this is the second time!” He told me to go order it a couple of days ago, I have been so busy I didn’t stop to order… well tonight I am like I am doing it now… He said to me, “you haven’t ordered that yet?” :-)

I am a 53 year old woman that went through menopause 7yrs ago.
