I’ve only been taking Macafem about a week and a half and my rage and anger feels not as bad. I am going to keep taking this for more results. I haven’t smiled in a couple of years and I have noticed I am smiling again. I hope this is not all in my head. I need this to be real.

My doctor recommended Macafem to me since last year. It has help me no complaints couldn’t sleep at night but now I can, hot flashes not as bad. I can sleep in clothes now it’s a miracle

It took some adjustment before it started working. i had to start with one pill a day and work my way up slowly because it caused diarrhea. After being on two pills a day, i really noticed a difference. On three pills a day, the effects were dramatic. My dry vagina totally disappeared, my irritability and dizziness were drastically reduced and my facial skin became more moist and supple, almost like turning back the clock to younger years.

I have been taking Macafem for 6 months now and I love it. Prior to trying Macafem, I was on hrt. They were making me crazy and I had to find an alternative. I tried other supplements but Macafem is by far the best for me. No hot flashes anymore and making love to my husband has become enjoyable again.

I have been using this product for about 1 year now and it has helped with my night sweats and keep my weight down.

My menopause symptoms started in early 2017 right before my 54th birthday. I was experiencing multiple symptoms: night sweats, dizziness, mood swings and more. I have been taking Macafem on and off for about 4 years. I started because I had numerous irritating symptoms of menopause: itchy skin, bloating, hot flashes etc. I searched the internet for information and found Macafem. Within a couple of weeks symptoms reduced or went away completely. At times my symptoms completely go away and then I try not taking Macafem. Symptoms always come back. So I am back on them again. If I take 1-2 a day I seem to be fine. When I am battling the more intense symptoms because I stopped for a while I take 3-4 a day to get back under control. I am also treating a thyroid issue which can create similar symptoms. My menopause is in full swing after 3-4 years of pre-menopause. I am very thankful for Macafem. It has made THE difference.

It’s really helped. I don’t have any hot flushes now. I’m not game to be without it. Just wish I could purchase it in Australia.

Having tried many other options, Macafem has helped not only my slightly thining hairline but as an added bonus my mood is level and my sweats are all disappeared! X

I wish I could be certain that is this product and not just that it happened for some other reason, but I have not had symptoms for maybe 2 weeks. I am so happy! It was unbearable to live that way!
