I am a 53 year old woman that went through menopause 7yrs ago. In peri-menopause I had severe hot flashes and night sweats that drove me to drink icewater in the middle of the night while I sat outside in 27 degree F weather to cool down. It didn’t get that much better after menopause and was placed on hormones that I took for 10 years. Concerned about my health, I stopped the hormones and the symptoms came back as before. I was skeptical about taking this product but thought I would give it a try. Within two weeks I was able to sleep through the night because the how flashes and sweats had stopped. I love this product and it works great for me.

I don’t know what I’d do without Macafem!! Before I started taking it, I was going through the horrible hot flashes associated with menopause – but I had already gone through menopause 10 years ago!! Now no more hot flashes!

It took some adjustment before it started working. i had to start with one pill a day and work my way up slowly because it caused diarrhea. After being on two pills a day, i really noticed a difference. On three pills a day, the effects were dramatic. My dry vagina totally disappeared, my irritability and dizziness were drastically reduced and my facial skin became more moist and supple, almost like turning back the clock to younger years.

I have been taking Macafem for 6 months now and I love it. Prior to trying Macafem, I was on hrt. They were making me crazy and I had to find an alternative. I tried other supplements but Macafem is by far the best for me. No hot flashes anymore and making love to my husband has become enjoyable again.

My menopause symptoms started in early 2017 right before my 54th birthday. I was experiencing multiple symptoms: night sweats, dizziness, mood swings and more. I have been taking Macafem on and off for about 4 years. I started because I had numerous irritating symptoms of menopause: itchy skin, bloating, hot flashes etc. I searched the internet for information and found Macafem. Within a couple of weeks symptoms reduced or went away completely. At times my symptoms completely go away and then I try not taking Macafem. Symptoms always come back. So I am back on them again. If I take 1-2 a day I seem to be fine. When I am battling the more intense symptoms because I stopped for a while I take 3-4 a day to get back under control. I am also treating a thyroid issue which can create similar symptoms. My menopause is in full swing after 3-4 years of pre-menopause. I am very thankful for Macafem. It has made THE difference.

It’s really helped. I don’t have any hot flushes now. I’m not game to be without it. Just wish I could purchase it in Australia.
