I love Macafem. Since I have been using it, my hot flashes have drastically reduced, I have more energy, and my mood swings have subsided. Great natural product…thank you Macafem!

I had suddenly started breaking out with very deep blemishes, on my cheeks in particular. After doing some research and deciding it was hormone-related, I found Macafem and decided to give it a try. I liked the fact that it is a natural product. Since I started Macafem regularly, the blemishes are gone and have not returned! I only wish it would help with my other menstrual symptoms. But having the confidence to face the world again is priceless!

Made a change in how I feel as a sensual woman in her 50’s. I am alive and active. It made a great change in my marriage.

I have taken Macafem for almost 30 days now, and i really think it is helping with my hot flashes.

At 41 I had a total hysterectomy. Due to a heart condition I could not go onto hormone replacement. I have been managing very well with nothing, but at 44 I was starting to see and feel symptoms related to post menopause. I decided to try this product because it’s all natural. I feel much better, more energized, and have had a lot less heat flashes (I only get these quick flashes of heat)! I just ordered my second bottle. If you are unhappy with symptoms of menopause of any sort, but do not or cannot use HRTs then I would suggest you try this product!

Generally I am not fond of taking medication or vitamins of any kind, but after I had a hysterectomy I found myself being more and more bad temepered and generally not a nice person. After much research I came across Macafem and I have taken two tablets regularly for over a year now which helped. (I initially started with just the one bottle to see how it would affect me) I no longer have swings or bite people’s heads off for little to no reason…
Also I recently ran out and thought I’d see how I get on without taking them…. I can say my mood has not been great as a result of the lapse in taking Macafem…so I have diligently re-ordered them for the sake of my own sanity and others around me. Also Macafem does seem to have helped my skin too, I do not seem to get the adult acne when I take Macafem.

Macafem has been amazing
I am 66 years old with all the PMS and menopause symptoms and then some weak hot flashes breast tenderness sweating moody burning feeling weight gain bloating etc.
After a week all gone it was a miracle I am now ordering my second bottle of 30 day and will buy forever

I’m 8 years postmenopausal and was still getting hot flashes. Macafem has taken them away. I’ve tried to stop taking it a couple of times to see if it was really working. My hot flashes came right back!

Definitely helps to take the edge off,recommended dosage is greatly suggested for best results. Had my ovaries co completely removed.

Macafem has helped with the hot flashes, mood swings, sleep and foggy mind. Dryness… not so much but all the others is HUGE! I’m on my 3rd re-order of 5. I highly recommend Macafem to those dealing with any of the symptoms of menopause.
