Haven’t finished my first bottle and already feeling much better. The intermittent periods have stopped and so has the cramping. So far so good!

At first I couldn’t tell. I been taking them for about a month and I feel more balanced now.

Was having horrible hot flashes over full body and night sweats. Dung Quai no longer working – made things worse. Found this and said ok – let’s try it. 3 weeks in and I could start feeling the difference. I do not have any hot flashes or other major side effects. Stools are a little softer, but that’s it. I take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the afternoon. I have had substantial reduction in hot flashes with this dosage.
