I have my life back for the most part. I am 49 years old. The hot flashes had become disruptive as they were seemingly continuous, day and night. It had been a sudden onset and with a vengeance! I tried some homeopathic remedies and other modes to no avail. I read all the testimonials on this, of which there were so many…however, I really had little expectation. Shipping was prompt. I began taking one per day. I had relief within 5 days. 100 capsules after, I continue to take 1 per day. My menstruation went back to it’s “original” schedule, which I am not sure how great that is medically and otherwise, but am happy to be able to function fully again. The symptom of moods, which I didn’t realize I had exactly, also leveled out. I have told many women about it just because it has been such a life changer for me. This is the second review of anything, that I have ever submitted, so let that speak for itself!

This product really works! I experienced a difference after using less than 2 weeks. I’ve only seen a recurrence after getting off schedule for several days. That’s why I keep a bottle in my purse. I don’t want the hot flashes to return.

I am 57 years old and going through Menopause. I have been fortunate enough to not have experienced real severe issues with menopause. I suffer from PCOS. I have suffered from endometriosis in the past and had an ablation 24 yrs ago. This product eliminates my bloating and severe cramping. When I began taking I started with 1 tablet and found I needed 2 tablets twice per day. My last dr appt found cyst on one ovary and cyst inside my uterus. The doctor said it is possible with the consistent pain my ablation could be failing and I need a hysterectomy. Since I started this product the pain has ceased along with the bloating. When I ran out, the severe pain and bloating came right back!!

I didn’t know how effective this was until I ran out. I assumed my hot flashes had subsided and hadn’t reordered. But after a month or so, the hot flashes resumed and brought the other unpleasant symptoms with them. Placed my order this morning and wished I’d done it sooner.

The only thing that i have found that totally takes away all the symptoms! Its wonderful stuff! I have stopped taking them probably 3 times over the past 2 years and usually in 1 to 2 months, or if something stressful happens in my life, then my symptoms come back. I start back on them and it usually takes about 1 month of taking 3 capsules per day before my symptoms disappear again. I just ordered 5 more bottles, and I plan on staying on them this time around…Very happy customer!

I have been using Macafem for 4 months and it has helped. It has reduced night sweats and hot flashes during the day. I have started sleeping through the night again. The instructions say to take 3 tablets twice a day. I started with 2 tablets in the morning and that is all that I need. You will have to experiment to see what dosage works for you. I did forget to take the tablets for 2 days and my symptoms started to increase so make sure you take daily.

I have been taking this for months and taking it to replace prescription Estrogen. I did not want to take Estrogen anymore side affects are terrible. I am 56 years old and have had a recent hysterectomy and Macafem has worked great it does relieve all those symptoms it says it does even though mine were minor I feel so much better taking a natural supplement please try Macafem you will be glad you did.
