I was so amazed how fast this product worked I started using like a year ago. I been back in forth to the doctors and emergency room. I literally felt like I was having a nervous break down I couldn’t sleep, wasn’t eating , my menstrual cycle was thrown out of wack for some reason, my vision was hazy I keep getting uncontrollable chills and heart palpitations, my doctor wouldn’t check my hormone levels unless I was trying to have another baby which I wasn’t. Wow, what can I say I’m so glad I came across this website. I started taking Macafem at the end of January and I can honestly say they have worked for me Its taken just short of 3 months to get the benefits, No more night sweats, mood swings which my husband is loving, and for some reason I’m not getting cramp anymore which is a godsend as it use to wake me up at night. Upon reviewing the reviews of this product, I was very much so inspired as to how Macafem has helped them. I am 57, post menopausal and still experiencing the night sweats, sometimes brain fog, mood swings, headaches – name it and most likely I have it. In addition, Macafem has improved and gave me relief – made a difference in my well being too.

Menopause wasn’t as recognizable in my case as in most women. I had a partial hysterectomy 16 years ago removing my uterus but not the ovaries. Macafem has been a game changer for me. Since using Macafem for 7 mos I no longer suffer from insomnia, hot flashes and night sweats; less brain fog. I started out taking 3 tablets/day I noticed increased appetite so I reduced to 1 tablet/day 5 days a week and 2 tablets/day 2 days a week. Works like a charm. I am a very emotional person and have been on an antidepressant for years which has made me pretty stable. I just turned 54 and I am still having periods most months.
