It has regulated my periods, no more hot flashes, and emotionally more balanced. The only side effect I have noticed is when I take my 2 pill dose to late in the day I have a lot of rumbling in my stomach but no pain. It has really helped after taking it for almost a month and I just purchased my 2nd bottle.

I can honestly say this product works for me. Have been using it now on and off for the past 5 years. When i am not taking Macafem regularly my mood levels change as do my energy levels. So far I will keep taking it. I just ordered 3 months supply after my 1 month. I am taking 3 a day. My hot flashes are almost gone. I have dizziness and internal shaky/tremors that the doctor can’t explain. But I was having that with the hot flashes and that made it unbearable. I am going to increase mine to see if it helps other symptoms. I have had complete blood work 2 MRI head and neck. 5 different doctors. I went off caffeine and started a healthy balanced diet limiting sugar. I lost 7 lbs without trying. I ‘feel’ better but not all better. Still fatigued. I am waiting on a saliva hormone adrenal gland fatigue test. I go back to Neurologist tomorrow and although she just wanted to treat me for anxiety before I am hoping she has some other idea.

Great product! My symptoms are generally pretty light compared to what I’ve seen with other ladies so I need only 2 pills per day. I definitely have noticed a difference when using it as I experience almost no menopausal symptoms when I take them. I forgot them on a recent 2 week vacation and my normal menopause symptoms started kicking back in before I could get home. I’ll certainly never forget them again.

I have got my life back! The cotton ball around my head with the feeling of not being able to string a sentence together lifted almost immediately and after 2 month of use, most of my perimenopause symptoms are gone or at least down to a minimum. I do notice a change in my body depending on where in my cycle I am, but the symptoms I´m having now is nothing compared to before.
