Oh my gosh yes! I love your product! It has helped me through peri-menopause to full menopause. I began using your product when I was 48. I am now 52. It has also helped me with osteoarthritis in my knees and pelvis, of which I have had a total right hip and total left knee replacements. I am very active being a farmwife and photographer.

I started Macafem a few months ago..purchasing 3 bottles. I have been using it pretty regularly and have noticed so many improvements. I quit having almost all mood fluctuations and have also noticed a huge reduction in hot flashes. Energy has been consistent and great also! Although I came through the early stages of Menopause relatively easily, eventually heart palpitations and hot flashes did come on. Not wanting to resort hormone replacements, I did an online search to see what was working for other women. Many of the supplements contained as many as 17 different herbs which made me cautious. I’ve been using Macafem now for about 9 months and can testify that it works. 3 tablets a day for me make all the difference in how I feel.

I have been taking Macafem for about a year now. I can tell that it works for me a lot better than other products on the market.

Product is great (five stars). Stops hot flashes, controls weight issues, stops headaches, nausea and bloating. A miracle in a tablet. Makes you feel like a normal person again.

Shame that for International customers they do not offer a variety of shipping options. Not all countries have such a good postal service as the US. This is why it only gets a 4 star rating!

Macafem has helped me tremendously. I don’t have heavy periods or irregular bleeding anymore.
