I have been taking this product for 7 months and have noticed a significant difference. My hot flashes have completely gone and my hair loss and really slowed down. I take two in the morning and 2 at lunch everyday. I tried to decrease it to 2 a day but felt the hot flashes coming back so went back to 4. I will remain on it for a year and try again. Highly recommend macafem for these two reasons.

Macafem has taken away all of my peri-menopausal symptoms and I feel great. I recommend Macafem to all of my friends. IT REALLY WORKS! Thank you Macafem

Hey ladies, I first tried Macafem at the beginning of the year for hot flashes, I’m 46 and have started the menopause. The hot flashes were unbearable and I was getting quite moody as well. I read all about Macafem so I decided to try them as the reviews were very good.
After a few short weeks I noticed the hot flashes going … I couldn’t believe it. Then after a full month … nothing. … It was great. Also my mood dramatically improved and my sense of wellbeing.
After my 3 month supply ran out I purposely didn’t take any for a while to see if I actually felt the same and if it was the Macafem working. … Well I won’t be doing that again. After a few weeks my hot flashes came back and my mood dipped and I certainly didn’t feel great like I did whilst taking Macafem. I can honestly say hand on heart that they work for me………:) :)

I have always had a physical job, I began having terrible muscle cramps associated to whatever muscle I was using at the time, even my tongue. I was snappy at my coworkers to the point that, I was wondering, did I just say that??? I got online and started checking things out. I liked Macafem because it was all natural and not plant hormone substitutes, it promotes your body to continue doing what it does naturally. I AM so grateful I found it, it totally changed my situation. Muscle cramps are down by at least 90%, I can do my job again & there is no longer an evil little Gremlin shouting at people thru my mouth. I do still have a very short period, but it’s no big deal.

It has really helped me. I am post menopausal, so assumed I was through with hormone changes. After having to go to the ER for what appeared to be a panic attack, I did a lot of research, and found out that our glands also produce hormones, and they usually drop drastically between 55-60 years old. (I’m 61) I have Factor V Leiden, and can’t take any hormone replacements, because they cause me to get blood clots.
So, I decided to cautiously give this a try. The Plus results are that I feel so much better; the fogginess is gone, the depression is gone, my energy and mood swings are so much better. The negative result has been the effect to my blood INR (blood clotting, or thinness of blood). It escalated the effectiveness of my Cumaden(blood thinner) to a dangerous level. I am working with my doctor to balance the two, so I can continue taking this, since I feel so much better. But, I want other people to be aware of this potentially side effect.

I have been taking Macafem for almost 2 years now. I really didn’t want to take synthetic hormones and found the Macafem to be a wonderful alternative. A few months ago I decided to give natural hormones a try and after being on them for about a week I quit taking the Macafem. My body didn’t like that at all. I lost my energy and felt lethargic and the horrible anxiety/anger/sadness came back. The Macafem evidently does more for me than just adjust my estrogen and progesterone. I don’t know what else it’s doing, but whatever it is I want it to continue. I will keep taking it as long as I’m alive and they keep selling it!!!

I have used Macafem for about 8 years. It has been fantastic. Without it I couldn’t cope at work with 10 hot flushes an hour! I wasn’t sleeping due to night sweats, I was moody without knowing why and occasionally felt nauseous. I was exhausted all of the time.
Macafem turned all that around. It was unbelievable. My husband noticed the difference in me and could tell if I had run out of tablets because the symptoms would return.
After 8 years I feel as if I have come through the fog. I’m not taking the tablets anymore and am getting none of the symptoms. I have some left so will see how it goes. I have passed the truly brilliant Macafem onto all my friends of a certain age.

I am 46 years old, very active and fit, and I eat very clean and healthy. Basically a health nut! I have been having perimenopause symptoms off and on (mostly off) for about 2 years. Suddenly these symptoms became “mostly on”. I was suffering 15-20 hot flashes per day, and several night sweat episodes disrupting my sleep completely. I was also having mood swings, fatigue, and hair loss, which I didn’t even realize until they were gone. I tried all the typical “fixes”, such as herbal supplements and giving up caffeine. I refuse to take hormone replacements because of the negative side effects. Nothing made an appreciable difference. I’ve been taking Macafem for about 2 weeks now and the results have been terrific. I’m so please with Macafem! I have suffered from endometriosis since I was in my 20’s. I almost always have bleeding between cycles and also before my cycle starts. When I hit my mid-40’s things got even worse, with extremely heavy cycles, mid-section weight gain, etc. After about 2 months on Macafem, things are so much better! Absolutely no spotting, and a regular period. Also, my mid-section is slimming down again. I wish that I had known about Macafem sooner!

When I first found Macafem online I was skeptical, but I was so desperate for relief that I had to give your product a chance. I am so very glad I did. I was suffering from severe breast pain that if hurt to move my arms, even walking was torture, I couldn’t tolerate any thing touching me, I was to the point I wanted to cut my breast off. My physician was not able to offer anything that would give me relief, so I had suffered for months with nonstop pain.
I started taking 2 Macafem in the morning and 1 in the evening and after a couple of days I started feeling relief, and not long after that I was virtually pain free. Over the past year I have been able to cut down on the amount I take, which I am taking one a day and am remaining pain free.
I am so glad that I had found your product, I don’t know how I would have survived any longer with the pain I was in.
