I am 46 years old, very active and fit, and I eat very clean and healthy. Basically a health nut! I have been having perimenopause symptoms off and on (mostly off) for about 2 years. Suddenly these symptoms became “mostly on”. I was suffering 15-20 hot flashes per day, and several night sweat episodes disrupting my sleep completely. I was also having mood swings, fatigue, and hair loss, which I didn’t even realize until they were gone. I tried all the typical “fixes”, such as herbal supplements and giving up caffeine. I refuse to take hormone replacements because of the negative side effects. Nothing made an appreciable difference. I’ve been taking Macafem for about 2 weeks now and the results have been terrific. Within 2 days the hot flashes were gone. Within the first week my mood had stabilized. Within 10 days the fatigue and hair loss, that I didn’t even realize we’re happening, were gone. I’m so please with Macafem! I have suffered from endometriosis since I was in my 20’s. I almost always have bleeding between cycles and also before my cycle starts. When I hit my mid-40’s things got even worse, with extremely heavy cycles, mid-section weight gain, etc. After about 2 months on Macafem, things are so much better! Absolutely no spotting, and a regular period. Also, my mid-section is slimming down again. I wish that I had known about Macafem sooner!

When I first found Macafem online I was skeptical, but I was so desperate for relief that I had to give your product a chance. I am so very glad I did. I was suffering from severe breast pain that if hurt to move my arms, even walking was torture, I couldn’t tolerate any thing touching me, I was to the point I wanted to cut my breast off. My physician was not able to offer anything that would give me relief, so I had suffered for months with nonstop pain.
I started taking 2 Macafem in the morning and 1 in the evening and after a couple of days I started feeling relief, and not long after that I was virtually pain free. Over the past year I have been able to cut down on the amount I take, which I am taking one a day and am remaining pain free.
I am so glad that I had found your product, I don’t know how I would have survived any longer with the pain I was in.

I have been suffering from loss of libido, severe vaginal burning, night sweats, mood swings and painful intercourse. I had a uterus biopsy and have never been the same. I started taking Macafem last year after a hysterectomy, at 39. I loved it! I had fibroids that had grown quite large over the course of four years (my uterus was 18.5 week size). My hormones were so out of whack, I was unable to lose weight and felt a little bit like I was going crazy. I think Macafem helps me lose weight (I only take the 1x/day for 30 days, annually). I feel very in control of my emotions, now, as well. I tell everyone about it when they ask about my weight loss (I had been working out daily for a few years before the surgery and was building muscle, but not losing much fat). I figure, fix the machine – the glands – not dump in more hormones in ways that are dangerous. I just ordered my batch for the year, and I was disappointed. One of the really nice things about this supplement, for someone like myself who doesn’t take supplements because she doesn’t like taking pills, is that it was smooth and and thin and went down really easy. Now, the pills are fatter and drier and are hard to swallow. I hope the company will go back to the old format.

In a continuous endeavor to improve Macafem, the shape and thickness of the tablets did change in 2015. After gathering feedback from our clients, we have determined that thickness should be reduced, which we are in the process of doing. This improvement will come late 2016.

I am 53 years old. I have had night sweats for probably 8-10 years and just recently went into menopause. I have tried Jinteli (prescription from doctor) which did not work and then I tried Combipack (prescription from doctor and expensive) – night sweats continued. I had blood work done and my body was not absorbing the estrogen from these drugs. I researched online and found Macafem. I just wanted to say thank you. I am 23 years old and I have been irregular all my life. I use to bleed for weeks at a time and just be fatigued. I had started birth control; I decided to take them for one month and after I got my period to start taking the macafem. My cycle on the birth control was just horrible; I bleed extremely heavy to the point I got sent home from work early for ten days.
