Hi, I’m 52 year old, this stuff works I’m sold 100%. I bought 5 bottles of macafem mainly because of the reviews. Anyway I took macafem for about a month and half than I stopped thinking it’s all in my head and also the hot flushes and sleepless nights had gone. I didn’t take macafem for about a month and was thinking I need to return macafem and get my money back I’m happy I didn’t return it. So I thought let me take it for a week or so and see what happens to surprise I was sleeping good and my night sweats had gone my mood was better within a week. THANK YOU MACAFEM I’m a believer I don’t normally write reviews but this one I had to because I’m so much better. If you want something natural give macafem a try. You won’t be disappointed. Nasreen

I used Macafem several years ago for severe hot flashes and just general loss of energy and for me within the first week of taking it my hot flashes were almost completely gone! I was amazed and felt great! My hot flashes were daily, nightly with no relief! Fast forward many months later the hot flashes have returned with a vengeance and I was suffering again, not sleeping, tired, moody etc. so I ordered Macafem again and started taking it and the same amazing results my hot flashes are almost totally nonexistent! I might get one or two a day, that’s it compared to every few minutes twenty four hours a day! I will stop for a short period of time as it is recommended but I will go right back to taking it, I refuse to suffer when there is a natural remedy! Thank you again Macafem!!!

I am 53 years old and have been struggling with menopausal symptoms for about 6 months. I am into my second month on Macafem and have to say it has made a big difference in my energy level, hot flashes, night sweats, and mood. Hot flashes are minimal and night sweats have decreased from 8 to about 2 and have been way less severe. I am happier and have much more energy. Vaginal dryness seems to be getting better also. I’ve been post-menopausal for nine years and still get those hot flashes. After using 2 bottles of Macafem, I noticed they were less intense. I’ve also had hormonal migraines for over 30 years and since taking Macafem, they are just ever-so-slight now. I thank God for this product.

I was, like everyone here, getting desperate: hot flashes by day, night sweats that woke me up 5-6-7-8 times at night. Awful. I tried Black Cohosh and other over-the-counter remedies but nothing worked. Got the Macafem as a last resort (and because I prefer herbal remedies to pharmaceutical ones). Was a bit timid at first – 1-2 tablets per day – but eventually upped my intake to two pills three times a day as indicated. Relief! Still have some symptoms but they are much milder and easier to deal with. Took about 4-5 days to kick in but well worth it. If you’re at your wit’s end with peri/menopause give this a try!

I tried the Macafem to help with my depression. Now the depression is completely gone and I am starting to lose weight. This is one great product and this is the only product that has alleviated the depression. And I have tons of energy. Great product. I’m peri menopausal …. Horrific hot flashes. Several throughout the night. Desperate to try anything. After a lot of research on several products I decided to try Macafem .
After just 2 days I noticed the hot flashes subsided and now are nearly gone. Also mood has definitely improved. Able to now sleep through the night. Did get some abdominal cramping the first few days but those are gone.
I am a petite Woman. I take two a day, morning and late afternoon. Very pleased thus far and will continue to use Macafem as long as it continues to work… Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it’s still too new for me to rate 5, hope to be back with a 5 star update…..
