Thank you Macafem! I am forty five and have had severe PMS all of my life. As I have entered peri- menopause (the years prior to full on menopause) my symptoms have increased. Besides the mood swings, tenderness, and exhaustion that hit me when I PMS, my hormone migraines have literally been incapacitating. The month before I started Macafem I was in bed for 2 days and feeling horrible for the three following. It was at that point that I knew I needed to do something. I knew that I wanted to seek a natural product treatment because I wanted to stay as healthy as possible. After hours of research, I found Macafem. I was so thrilled when I found it that I began spreading the word before I even got the bottle!! Friends I have not been disappointed! My energy level is up, mood swings are alleviated and my migraines praise God, are about 70% of what they were! What a day to wake up and not feel that pain! I have only been on it for a few weeks and I am hopeful that eventually the migraines will no longer affect me at all. The most wonderful side effect that I have experienced? I am starting to lose weight after years of struggle!! Who knew that my hormone imbalance had such an effect on my weight! Thrilled and proud to spread the word about Macafem!! OK GIRLS I am 51 started going threw menop. at age 30!! I had not tried anything until Dec. 2013. I have it all hot flashes, night sweats, Fog Brian ,hair loss, dry skin, mood swings, anxiety attacks, tired no ambition, weight gain, Bloating and NO LABITO!!! So I ordered Macafem after reading the reviews. I got it about a week later, started it the same day it came. The next day I could tell my anxiety was a lot better, within 2 or 3 days hot flashes & night sweats were slowing down, by day 10 h-flashes & N-sweats same as GONE, Moods good, anxiety same as gone! I was able to sleep at night again YA!!! But I still have weight gain, bloating, hair loss, dry skin! I have been taking it now for 3 months. this last week all the h-flashes n-sweats moods, anxiety, everything is Back!! So I am trying another product, to change things up a little. I still have some Macafem left I am keeping it as a change in 2 or 3 months if I need to . FOR THOSES WHO ARE WONDERING IT DID NOT HELP MY LABITO!!!

I just started using Macafem 5 days ago and my hot flashes have reduced to maybe a couple a day. I was skeptical but decided to try the product because my flashes and sweats were occurring almost every half hour all day and night. I am very impressed and relieved. I have been using Macafem on and off for over a period of two years. Recently I was put on a synthetic hormone and the side effects were awful. I stopped and starting using Macafem again. I am 60 years old, and Fugured I was finished with menapausal symptoms. But to much of my surprise, I began having a very strong body odor 6 months ago. I tried 10 different soaps, 12 different deodorants along with different supplements and foods. Even elimination of certain foods. 2-3 showers per day. Nothing seemed to work for any length of time. I have had to avoid certain social functions and literally couldn’t be around people. I am unable to wear perfume anymore, because it makes the odor worst. I had been on the Internet looking for answers and found your product, and decided to give it a try. Within inside of 2-3 weeks the odor began to subside, by taking 3 pills a day. I am now upping the dose to 4 per day, to see if I can be odor free for good. Thank you so much for this product, please don’t stop making it or selling it. I just ordered 3 more bottles. OK MY FIRST WEEK ON  MACAFEM!!
LET’S FIRST START WITH HOW BAD THE LAST YEAR OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN.
I HAVE HAD ALL THE PROBLEMS BEING EXPERIENCED BY ALL THE OTHER FEMALES WHO HAVE POSTED PLUS MORE!
MY WORST WAS BEING DIZZY IN THE NIGHT TIME. THAT ONE ALONE FOR THE LAST YEAR CAUSED ME TO FEEL SCARED ABOUT MY HEALTH. I WAS MORE WORRIED BECAUSE I SAW LESS FEMALES POSTED ABOUT THAT ONE SO I KEPT RESEARCHING TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING.
I GOT MY ANSWER SO FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS DIZZY SPELLS ALONG WITH THIS THE REASON IS LOW TESTOSTERONE. THIS GOES RIGHT ALONE WITH LOW PROGESTERONE. BUT LOW TESTOSTERONE ALSO CONTROLS OUR SEX DRIVE. AND MINE HAD HIT THE FLOOR JUST LIKE A LOT OF OTHER FEMALES AND NOT A GOOD THING IN A HAPPY MARRIAGE. THAT MEANT FOR ME I ALSO HAD NO MORE SEX DREAMS OR FANTASIZING ABOUT MY HUSBAND LIKE I USED TOO. THAT WAS VERY UPSETTING SINCE I LOVE HIM AND HIM FEELING REJECTED BY ME WITH SUCH A QUICK CHANGE WORRIED ME TOO.
I HAVE HAD THE FOG FEELING , LOSS OF MEMORY , NO PERIOD, THEN PERIOD FOR ONE DAY, VERY MESSED UP CYCLE. HOT FLASHES WHERE MY FACE WOULD BURN AND TURN RED AND I WOULD START TO SWEAT. ALONG WITH BEING VERY GRUMPY AND SNAPPY FOR NO GOOD REASON..I WOULD EVEN LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND NOT THINK I WAS THE SAME WOMAN. ASKING MY SELF HOW DID I GO DOWN HILL SO FAST.
AND THE WEIGHT GAIN!!! WHEN U WORK OUT 7 DAYS A WEEK AND WATCH CALORIES AND EAT ORGANIC YET YOU PACK ON 20 POUNDS? I WAS GOING WHATS HAPPENING!! I HAVE FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCESS ALL MY LIFE YET IT NO LONGER WORKS AND I HAVE LOST CONTROL OVER MYSELF.
I WAS AT A POINT ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH I WANTED TO FEEL BETTER BEFORE I SCARED MY HUSBAND AWAY AND NO ONE COULD DEAL WITH MY PERSONALITY WITCH HAD GONE SOUTH.
AND I STOPPED HANGING OUT WITH MY FRIENDS MONTHS AGO TO BE HONEST A YEAR AGO. LUCKY IF I HAVE ANY LEFT NOW THAT I AM STARTING TO FEEL BETTER AND NEVER TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON. CAUSE TO BE HONEST I WAS EMBARRASSED.
SO TO GET TO THE POINT ITS BEEN A WEEK ON THE MACAFEM AND SO FAR THE TWO MAJOR CHANGES OUR MY SEX DRIVE AND ATTITUDE. WHEN MY HUSBAND MAKES JOKES OR ACTS SILLY I LAUGH AGAIN AND SMILE , BIG DEAL SINCE THAT HAD STOPPED. I AM HAVING SEXUAL DREAMS AND WANTING TO HAVE SEX AGAIN EVEN MORE THEN ONCE A DAY!
SO AFTER ONLY 7 DAYS OR SO I FEEL THIS IS A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! AND I FEEL LESS WATER ON MY MIDDLE DON’T WANT TO FORGET THAT ONE.
THE FIRST DAY I FELT A DIFFERENCE I SAID TO MY HUSBAND I FEEL WEIRD INSIDE HE SAID WEIRD HOW? I SAID I DON’T NOW KINDA SILLY.
I THINK THAT’S BECAUSE I HAD FORGOTTEN WHAT IT FELT TO BE LIGHT HEARTED AND NOT UPSET OR ON EDGE SO IT FELT NEW AND STRANGE.
I FEEL NO SIDE EFFECTS UNLESS FEELING SILLY IS ONE..
SO I SAW NO ONE HAS POSTED IN A WHILE AND SINCE I’M A NEW USER I FELT I SHOULD POST.  I ALSO READ ALL THE POSTS HERE BEFORE I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT. AND YES I WAS WORRIED I ALWAYS AM WHEN I BUY SOMETHING NEW BUT FROM MY RESEARCH I WAS PRETTY SURE I WAS MAKING A SMART CHOICE.
I WILL POST AGAIN IN A WEEK OR SO TO UPDATE ANY NEW IMPROVEMENTS I HAVE.
AND I TAKE 4 TO 6 A DAY..

Macafem has really saved my quality of life (and my relationship) I think it’s a miracle!!
I could honestly say that I had every symptom going. Depression, 20+ hot flashes a day, night sweats which woke me up at least 3 times every night, constant exhaustion and having no sex drive being the worst ones.
Day 5 of taking Macafem I felt like a new person, I didn’t realise quite how miserable I’d become until, in contrast, I was so very happy and contented. I’m full of life too and I take everything in my stride, nothing phases me.
Day 14 I started to get normal sexual urges and normal vaginal lubricant. I hadn’t had sex for nearly six months because I’d become anxious and have panic attacks at even the mention of the word, now I have my sex life back again and a happy partner.
Day 29 no daytime hot flashes or nightime sweats. This is the most miraculous part of all the good things that these pills bring to you. If you’ve ever had the misfortune of this affliction then it’ll be easy to understand why I’m so very happy that this has gone completely.
