I love Macafem. I am 49 years old and have been experiencing awful perimenopausal symptoms….hot flashes 24/7 and complete achiness in every muscle and joint. It was difficult to get up and just move. I’m 64, I have been on hormones– premarin, then biodenticals for 16 years. Id tried numerous times to get off them and failed due to extreme mood swings and sleep loss. I started taking macafem about 8 months ago, and I have noticed a subtle difference. I am 55 years old and premenapausal and I have not had hot flashes or many other symptoms except low libido and an inability to achieve orgasm. These symtoms have disappeared and I have noticed an increase in energy and less fogginess in the brain. I take 3 a day in the morning and highly recommend them to all women whether they think they need them or not. I love macafem and recommend them to my friends.

I have been using Macafem for over 2 years and it has worked wonders for me. It is now a part of my regular daily supplement regime and diet. I am 47 years old. When I started I was taking 3 pills twice a day for several months and now I take 3 a day and I notice a difference if I go without it. Just finished my first bottle of Macafem. I am a 53 year old and my biggest menopause complaint was what I called “my big fat menopause stomach”. I am very active and watch my diet but nothing would help with the constant bloating. I noticed a difference in just one week of taking 3 pills a day. My mood is better, no longer flipping out over small things. I am very happy with this supplement and I will continue taking it. I recommend this suppliment to anyone suffering with menopause sysmtoms. In this day and age we have to find ways to better ourselves anyway we can. I just want to say that I think your product is fantastic. This is the only product that I found that gives me relief from the extreme pain I have experienced for years during ovulation. Not only did I have pain in my ovaries, but the pain in my breasts was unbearable. Within just a couple of days of taking your product for the first time, I felt so much better. I ordered Macafem in October and waited a few months before I wrote my testimonial. I knew that I wanted to be patient and fair to the product as I have read variation in the amount of time it worked for others. To be honest, I immediately started taking the product when it arrived and within two weeks I couldn’t believe the difference I was feeling.
