I’m 64, I have been on hormones– premarin, then biodenticals for 16 years. Id tried numerous times to get off them and failed due to extreme mood swings and sleep loss. Twelve days ago, I cut my hormones in half, and started Macafem. I am stunned by how good I feel! I’ve had a few emotional moments, but overall, I’m feeling better than I have in years! I wake up refreshed, with energy, and in a good mood. My husband is absolutely thrilled! I have told everybody about this product. What is even more amazing, before I started reducing hormones, I got off an anti-depressant that I’d been on for many years– so no more anti-depressant, reducing my hormones– I’m shocked I’m not totally crazy! I started taking macafem about 8 months ago, and I have noticed a subtle difference. I am 55 years old and premenapausal and I have not had hot flashes or many other symptoms except low libido and an inability to achieve orgasm. These symtoms have disappeared and I have noticed an increase in energy and less fogginess in the brain. I have been using Macafem for over 2 years and it has worked wonders for me. It is now a part of my regular daily supplement regime and diet. I am 47 years old. Just finished my first bottle of Macafem. I am a 53 year old and my biggest menopause complaint was what I called “my big fat menopause stomach”. I am very active and watch my diet but nothing would help with the constant bloating. I noticed a difference in just one week of taking 3 pills a day. My mood is better, no longer flipping out over small things. I am very happy with this supplement and I will continue taking it. I just want to say that I think your product is fantastic. This is the only product that I found that gives me relief from the extreme pain I have experienced for years during ovulation. I ordered Macafem in October and waited a few months before I wrote my testimonial.
