I have been taking Macafem now for a few weeks and I can only say they really work. I am 54 years old and I am premenopausal. Since taking them I have an overall sense of wellbeing, a much stronger sex drive, no hot flashes, no vaginal dryness and I am finding it easier to lose weight. I have recommended these to several people and they too are taking them. Please continue to offer these at a great price, so very affordable.

I am 41 years old, mother of four, been a very energetic healthy busy busy busy productive person, But for the last couple years my energy levels started going downhill and I had cotton brain like I was in a fog, it got progressively worse after I had my last baby, now 18 months, so much worse in the last 3 months that I had a very difficult time making it through the day. Hands down I love this product! I’m 42 and wanted to try Macafem for my pre-menstrual problems after it was recommended by a work colleague. I am very, very pleased with Macafem. I am in my twenties and have suffered from mood swings, pms and other symptoms of hormonal imbalance (possibly entering into the early stages of menopause). I just wanted to let you know how good your product works! I stopped my night sweats in just four (4) days and could not believe it. Brought the product to my doctor and she said “yes” use it. She believes in natural supplements also. I have used them now for six (6) months and have had NO problems. I am a white female who will be 64 years old in August. I bought a bottle of Macafem and it arrived a week ago Monday. Started that night with 2 tablets, continued with 3 tablets a day – 2 in the a.m. 1 at night. I have to tell you, I was skeptical. I’d tried Black Cohosh for my hot flashes which I was getting about 12 during the day and 8 at night for the past three months. I am now a believer. After only two days, my hot flashes had subsided and I was able to have my first full night of sleep in longer than I can remember. Now, I am virtually hot flash free (and what ones I do have are very mild). Not only that, my other menopausal signs have decreased and I am feeling much more back to myself. Thank you!!!!.

I am getting to the end of my first bottle of Macafem, and about to order more. I always look for a natural solution to any medical problems I have, and my perimenopause symptoms had been running my life until I found Macafem. Just before my period each month I would experience severe anxiety with panic attacks, racing heartbeat, along with all the other symptoms of menopause. All these symptoms, if not completely gone, have been significantly reduced thanks to this product! I have read a lot of your testimonials, but none that addressed hair thinning. I have been using Macafem for about 3 years now – I was scared and skeptical when I first tried it. My doctor had me on HRT at 41 because I had depression crying everyday for no reason, dizzy spells that would scare me by their severity and I bled for 6 months straight at a time (this symptom the HRT didn’t stop and the doctor was trying to get me to have a hysterectomy to stop the bleeding as it was making me very anemic) I was concerned about being on HRT but also didn’t want to have a hysterectomy, so looked on the net for something anything not sure what I would find, found Macafem and haven’t looked back, after 2 weeks of taking the max 6 tablets a day all symptoms stopped including the bleeding – now I’m on 3 tablets a day (I take them all in the morning) (I know I have to have 3 because if I take 2 the dizzy spells come back) it’s the best feeling normal again. Now I’m scared to be without my Macafem hehehe my partner calls them my happy pills hehehe and I’m happy i put my skepticism aside and gave them a go – now I tell all the women in my life and been trying to get the health stores here in Perth to try and buy them in – I’ve also told my doctor about them and how awesome the results are speak for themselves so I hope she is also suggesting them to her other peri patients. I started using the product about 3 weeks ago and it works! I noticed a difference the first day. I took 3 pills with breakfast and it was evening when I realized I went straight through my afternoon lull. However I felt a itching in my upper body the first 3 days. I contacted the support and they advised me to take only 1 pill. I went 1 week take 1 pill a day; then I increase taking 2 pills in the second week; the itching went away. Hot flashes are very mild and infrequent now. Overall I feel mentally balanced and back to myself. Thanks God for Macafem giving women a great natural alternative.

I Had a complete hysterectomy 3 years ago and was miserable with night sweats in the day and throughout the night. Have been on Macafem now for a year and love this product. It has brought normalcy to my life. I also have less vaginal dryness and my libido is much better now. Thank you for this product….I once again enjoy sleeping.
