• Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, as well as American Express and Discover cards.
• Besides from credit cards, which other ways of ordering do you have?
We accept checks and money orders. These have to be denominated in U.S. Dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank and with a printed nine-digit bank routing number.
• How will the credit card charge appear on my statement?

Shipping…
|
• Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all the shipping options and costs.
• Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service) which accepts those shipping options.
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
U.S. shipments take from 3 to 5 business days, while international shipments take around 4 to 7 business days to arrive.
• Where are the order dispatched from?
Orders will be dispatched from our offices in Orlando Florida, by USPS First Class. Delivery will take from 4 to 7 days for domestic orders and from 5 to 10 days for international orders.

Order Status and Tracking…

• I never got the confirmation e-mail.
We do send both order confirmation and shipment confirmation e-mails automatically to the e-mail address you provided. Occasionally these e-mails get mistaken for junk mail by e-mail filters and firewalls (because these e-mails are generated by a computer). Check your junk e-mail folder and set your e-mail filters to allow e-mails from Macafem.com.
• Can I track my order?
Yes. You can follow the instructions provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. If you are still having trouble e-mail us with your order number, and we will be more than happy to track your order.
• My USPS tracking number is wrong. What can I don now?
Tracking information may not be available immediately. If your tracking information is not working for the next 24 hours after you received it, e-mail us with your order number so that we can help you track your order.
• My order never arrived. What should I do?
The length of the transit time depends on whether it is a national or international shipment. Here are approximate transit times for both shipping methods. You shouldn't consider your order lost unless at least double the amount of time has passed from the shipping date. Note that international orders may get delayed due to customs inspections.

• What type of returning policy do you have?
A total refund will be made to customers credit card account upon receipt of unused Macafem bottles. Concerning to the used bottles, only one will be considered for complete refund when returned.

Received Order Problems

• I received my order, but there has been a mistake in the quantity of bottles. What happens now?
E-mail us with your order number. We will investigate your claim and if any errors have occurred we will immediately send the extra bottles free of charge. |

• My shopping cart appears empty even though I added items to it. What is wrong?
This may be because the cookies option is not enabled in your browser settings. To fix this problem you will need to turn cookies option on. See detailed instructions on this below.

• How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, simply e-mail and inform us of the details such as the order number and the name on the order. Note that we process orders fairly quickly after they have been received; sometimes within minutes. |

• Is this a secure site?
Yes. Any Credit / Debit Card or any other bank and personal information entered is encrypted and submitted through a secure connection.
• Do you sell or trade my personal information?
No. Privacy is a very serious matter for Macafem.com. It is true that in order to process your order, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is never shared with third parties.
• Will I receive junk e-mail if I give you my e-mail address?
No, but there will be a weekly informational e-mail flyer sent to you from us. If you do not want to receive any future e-mails simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the first e-mail flyer you receive and you will be automatically removed from these weekly e-mails. |
