Billing

• What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, Diners, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card Debit and American Express. For national orders (USA) we also accept checks and money orders. These have to be denominated in U.S Dollars, drawn on a U.S bank and with a printed nine-digit bank routing number.

• How will the charge show up on my billing statement?
Once the card is processed and charged, the transaction will appear on your statement under the merchant name of  .

Shipping

• Do you ship orders outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Full list of countries we ship to will appear when you check out along with all the shipping options and costs. All order communication will occur via E-mail, so it is very important that your E-mail address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.

Although most countries have no restrictions when receiving dietary supplements from abroad, please be aware of your Country's regulations or laws in regards to receiving dietary supplements.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country; these charges will be covered by the recipient. These additional fees are not collected nor controlled by us and we cannot predict what they may be so the recipient should contact their local customs office for further information.

Unclaimed items or items with unpaid import duties will be returned to us. Once we receive them, customers will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping, handling, and any other outside charges we have incurred for this shipment.

• Do you ship to military address or P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We work with USPS (United States Postal Service) which accepts those shipping options.

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders shipping within the US will take from 2-5 business days while International shipping will take from 5-15 business days. Customs' inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.

• Where are the orders dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from our offices in Orlando, Florida.

• Can I ship my order to someone else or to a different address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to an address which is different from the billing address.

Order Status and Tracking

• I have not received my confirmation email, what can I do?
An order confirmation email is automatically generated and so should be received within minutes of completing an order. However, there could be one or two reasons why you've not received this email.

1. It's important that you enter the correct email address. If an incorrect email address has been submitted, then naturally the receiver will not get any emails.

2. With the increase in spam, many people now utilize a filter to avoid junk mail. Occasionally these e-mails get mistaken for junk mail by e-mail filters and firewalls (because these e-mails are generated by a computer). Check your junk e-mail folder and set your e-mail filters to allow e-mails from Macafem.com.

• Can I track my order?
Yes. We use USPS to deliver all of our orders, so just follow the instructions provided to you in the shipping confirmation email. If you are having trouble, email us with your order number, and we will be more than happy to help you track your order.

Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately. Also, tracking information is available for addresses within the United States only. In this case international shipments will be delivered through the country's local postal service.

• My USPS tracking number is not working. What can I do now?
Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers are assigned and emailed to you.

It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

If your tracking information is not working for the next 48 hours after you received it, email us with your order number so that we can help you track your order.

• My order never arrived. What should I do?
The length of the transit time depends on whether it is a national or international shipment. You shouldn't consider your order lost unless at least double the amount of time has passed from the shipping date. Note that international orders may get delayed due to customs inspections. Here are approximate transit times for both shipping methods:

Within United States:
   First-Class Mail   2-5 Business Days

International:
   First-Class Mail International   5-15 Business Days

Returns

• What type of returning policy do you have?
All returns must be made within 90 days of the purchase. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment used, upon receipt of unused Macafem bottles. Concerning to the used bottles, only one will be considered for complete refund when returned. The order number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Received Order Problems

• What to do if a bottle is broken, damaged or missing?
Packages received in a damaged condition or missing bottles should be promptly reported to us. E-mail us with your order number. We will investigate your claim and if any errors have occurred we will immediately replace the damaged bottles or send the extra bottles free of charge.

• How long will it take to receive my credit?
We will process your credit as soon as we receive your returned bottles in our warehouse. Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to the original method of payment used in anywhere from 24 hours to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's policy regarding credits.

• My shopping cart appears empty even though I added items to it. What is wrong?
This may be because the cookies option is not enabled in your browser settings. To fix this problem you will need to turn the cookies option on. See detailed instructions on this below.

• How do I enable cookies in my browser? If you are using Microsoft IE 6

   - Scroll Down to Cookies
   - Allow cookies that are stored on your computer should be checked as enabled. If it is not, please

   - Under the Privacy & Security category, click Cookies. (If no subcategories are visible, double-click

Buyer's Guide

• Can I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, simply e-mail and inform us of the details such as the order number and the name on the order. Note that we process orders fairly quickly after they have been received; sometimes within minutes.

• Can I make changes to my order?
As long as it hasn't been sent for processing, we are able to make some changes, such as customer information or shipping/billing address.

We are not able to change the quantity of bottles on your order once your order has been placed.
