I’ve been post-menopausal for nine years and still get those hot flashes. After using 2 bottles of Macafem, I noticed they were less intense. I’ve also had hormonal migraines for over 30 years and since taking Macafem, they are just ever-so-slight now. I thank God for this product.

I was, like everyone here, getting desperate: hot flashes by day, night sweats that woke me up 5-6-7-8 times at night. Awful. Thank you Macafem! I am forty five and have had severe PMS all of my life. As I have entered peri- menopause (the years prior to full on menopause) my symptoms have increased.
