It may be macafem or a placebo effect, but since I had started taking macafem, I honestly reduced in the temperature fluctuation of my body and mood swings too. Of course, adding YOGA and WALKING also helped.

I am ordering my second bottle, I feel a lot better. Hot flashes have diminished, and I feel like I am sleeping better. Would like to try for a little longer to see how
much things have changed, and will review again.

I think this product is wonderful. I was having hot flashes multiple times a day, now it is occasionally. I recommend this to everyone I know.

I turned 50 Oct 2017 and I first tried Macafem in April 2018 – Along with Evening Primrose Oil capsules the hot flashes subsided. I was taking 2 tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. I then thought I’d try a supplement that was just maca root when my Macafem ran low. My discomfort returned, not as severe but still noticeable, even though I increased my dosage. I returned to Macafem and after a few weeks, my symptoms have once again subsided. Just ordered another 3 bottles and will continue taking the Macafem – and have suggested it to other friends. The Macafem has helped tremendously with hot flashes, brain fog, and mood swings. It seems to have stabilized my body chemistry. I notice I have more energy and feel less tired. I take in the morning as directed, and two tablets seems to be a great dose for my body. I told my ob-gyn about it and she’s going to try it, as well! It’s so much better than HRT, black cohosh, soy products, and many other products I tried out of desperation. I have slow thyroid function and cannot have a lot of soy, so the Macafem has been great; also helps stabilize weight.

I was miserable and had little hope of any relief from all the symptoms of menopause when I stumbled across the Macafem information. Significantly helps with mood swings, hot flashes and generalized pains associated with peri-menopause. I generally take 1 to 2 tablets a day…sometimes 3 if needed and my ride through this early menopause has improved!

I love Macafem! It has given me my memory back!! I was struggling to the point that I was afraid I was going to have to quit my job. My night sweats are GONE. It has also helped my hot flashes tremendously. They happen much less frequently and I can tell a huge difference if I forget to take it more than a couple days. I also love the little lift it gives me in energy. I can’t have caffeine in any form, and Macafem doesn’t affect me like that. I only have to take 2 a day, with food/breakfast.

I started using Macafem a couple of months ago and I have really noticed a change in my symptoms. I was having hot flashes, but my biggest problem was feeling gloomy, lonely, sad several days out of the week. Macafem has all but taken that feeling away and I am not getting hot flashes at all. I just ordered three bottles. I would definitely recommend trying it to others.

I’ve been using Macafem for the past 4 years and can happily say I’ve been slowly going through menopause w/o any extreme symptoms. I originally started w/ hot flashes, itchy skin and a low sex drive. All pretty much reversed or reduced after starting Macafem. Will continue until…. probably forever.
