All I can say is WOW!!! I was very skeptical that something could truly stop my incredible level of hot flashes and mood swings as I had tried a couple of other products that “promised” relief, but I was desperate. Macafem really helped relieve the hot flashes and with sleeping better. About 10 days after I ran out of Macafem, those symptoms came back, so I won’t let them run out again!

A friend told me about this product a few years ago. I was skeptical, but I ordered a few bottles. After a few weeks, I noticed that the hot flashes had subsided greatly. I have not taken the supplements in a year and I am at the point now where the hot flashes are just too much. Looking forward to seeing how they work this time.
