Works extremely well. After getting severe hot flashes i tried everything to get rid of them or at least control their intenseness. Nothing i tried worked, then I found Macafem. This product works amazingly!! I highly recommend it.

Macafem has drastically reduced my hot flushes. While not the worst I’ve heard described by friends and colleagues, I was totally acopic with 1/2hourly flushes all day, every day. Now I get 1 maybe once or twice a week. Initially needed maximum recommended dose, but now take just 3/day. So grateful to have found something that truly works.

This product really works! I experienced a difference after using less than 2 weeks. I’ve only seen a recurrence after getting off schedule for several days. That’s why I keep a bottle in my purse. I don’t want the hot flashes to return.

I am 57 years old and going through Menopause. I have been fortunate enough to not have experienced real severe issues with menopause. The only issues I had were related to heat flashes and weight gain. I’ve tried other brands of supplements containing Maca Root, but Macafem is the only brand that worked for me. Since starting the product , All my hot flashes are under control… In the last 5 years doctors have not ever been able to get them under control… I will continue to use this product.

I didn’t know how effective this was until I ran out. I assumed my hot flashes had subsided and hadn’t reordered. But after a month or so, the hot flashes resumed and brought the other unpleasant symptoms with them. Placed my order this morning and wished I’d done it sooner.

I have been using Macafem for 4 months and it has helped. It has reduced night sweats and hot flashes during the day. I have started sleeping through the night again. The instructions say to take 3 tablets twice a day. I started with 2 tablets in the morning and that is all that I need. You will have to experiment to see what dosage works for you. I did forget to take the tablets for 2 days and my symptoms started to increase so make sure you take daily.
