So far after only 1 month, it seems to have decreased my hot flashes from several/hour to only several/day. It has decreased my migraines by about 90% and is helping me sleep better. I am having fewer mood swings, more energy, and more of a sex drive. I have my life back and am very pleased with the results!

I was desperate looking for something to help my symptoms:  hot flashes several times an hour, decreased sex drive, low energy, mood swings, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, but the worst was my daily migraines. I normally got migraines during PMS and took Imitrex during that time only, as it is a PRN (as needed) medication. During menopause I was taking it almost as a daily medication, which isn’t good. I have been on Macafem about 1 month and have only taken Imitrex 1-2 times during that time. I am sleeping again, hot flashes several a day rather than several an hour, and I have energy and a sex drive again. And I am only taking the low dose at 2 tablets every morning. Love it!

Macafem has been fantastic for relieving my menopause symptoms, I’ve gone off them twice and once back on them my hot flushes are quickly diminished.
I wouldnt be without them so strongly recommend them.

Was having hot flushes all night, now only having about one every now and again, so sleeping much better. I still have itchy skin, am hoping next bottle will help with this

It has regulated my periods, no more hot flashes, and emotionally more balanced. The only side effect I have noticed is when I take my 2 pill dose to late in the day I have a lot of rumbling in my stomach but no pain. It has really helped after taking it for almost a month and I just purchased my 2nd bottle.

So far I will keep taking it. I just ordered 3 months supply after my 1 month. I am taking 3 a day. My hot flashes are almost gone. I have dizziness and internal shaky/tremors that the doctor can’t explain. But I was having that with the hot flashes and that made it unbearable. I am going to increase mine to see if it helps other symptoms. I have had complete blood work 2 MRI head and neck. 5 different doctors. I went off caffeine and started a healthy balanced diet limiting sugar. I lost 7 lbs without trying. I ‘feel’ better but not all better. Still fatigued. I am waiting on a saliva hormone adrenal gland fatigue test. I go back to Neurologist tomorrow and although she just wanted to treat me for anxiety before I am hoping she has some other idea.

I have been going thru menopause for over 3 years now. Initially, the experience was very challenging. I was handling the night sweats and hot flashes very well. However, I went thru a stage of heart palpitations that was overwhelming. I was introduced to Macafem by a girlfriend who had been experiencing the same symptoms. I was very skeptical about ordering and taking anything online. But, I took my chances because nothing else seem to work. I must say, after about 6 weeks of taking the Macafem, I started to feel much better. I no longer have the heart palpitations, nor do I notice the hot flashes and night sweats as much!!!

I noticed a difference with Macafem within a couple of weeks. Energy levels improved, hot flashes decreased. Started on 2 tablets a day which seems to be the right level. I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago and hrt did not do anything for the symptoms. I wish I could find a distributor in the UK. I would certainly be happy to sell this product!
