It has helped to reduce the hot flashes. I have tried a few different brands and Macafem gives me the best results.

I like the product! I miss some days but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m sleeping better because I’m not waking up with hot flashes. If I have any, they are tolerable, mild and over quickly. I was using Bio-identical and decided to stop and use your product. I’ve been very happy with it. I’m not craving and eating for no reason. I’m focused and getting things accomplished again. I’ll be ordering more soon. Have two bottles left I think. Thank you!

I had been taking Black Cohosh with minimal results but within 2 weeks my hot flashes, dryness and lack of libidio was completely gone with Macafem! I was cautious at first- I am estrogen dominant ( migraine triggers) but Macafem worked beautifully! As a Nurse Practitioner I am always open to natural treatments. I just finished my first bottle of Macafem and I couldn’t be happier. I started Macafem a few months ago..purchasing 3 bottles. I have been using it pretty regularly and have noticed so many improvements. I quit having almost all mood fluctuations and have also noticed a huge reduction in hot flashes. Energy has been consistent and great also! Although I came through the early stages of Menopause relatively easily, eventually heart palpitations and hot flashes did come on. Product is great (five stars). Stops hot flashes, controls weight issues, stops headaches, nausea and bloating. A miracle in a tablet. Makes you feel like a normal person again.

Shame that for International customers they do not offer a variety of shipping options. Not all countries have such a good postal service as the US. This is why it only gets a 4 star rating!
