Macafem has saved my sanity! I am 49 and going through terrible hot flashes, night sweats and other menopause related symptoms. What a find!!! I ordered this product based on other’s testimonials – I am so glad I did. I started using this product on May 8 (it’s only June 1) by only using 2 – 3 pills a day and what a relief (literally). I bought a bottle of Macafem and it arrived a week ago Monday. Started that night with 2 tablets, continued with 3 tablets a day – 2 in the a.m. 1 at night. I have to tell you, I was skeptical. I’d tried Black Cohosh for my hot flashes which I was getting about 12 during the day and 8 at night for the past three months. I am now a believer. After only two days, my hot flashes had subsided and I was able to have my first full night of sleep in longer than I can remember. Now, I am virtually hot flash free (and what ones I do have are very mild). Not only that, my other menopausal signs have decreased and I am feeling much more back to myself. Thank you!!!!.

I started using the product about 3 weeks ago and it works! I noticed a difference the first day. I took 3 pills with breakfast and it was evening when I realized I went straight through my afternoon lull. However I felt a itching in my upper body the first 3 days. I contacted the support and they advised me to take only 1 pill. I went 1 week take 1 pill a day; then I increase taking 2 pills in the second week; the itching went away. Hot flashes are very mild and infrequent now. Overall I feel mentally balanced and back to myself. Thanks God for Macafem giving women a great natural alternative.

Hello! I did NOT really know if Macafem would help me with the horrible night sweats, and hot flashes that I have been getting for over a year now. I do not get them periodically I get them continuously! I have had to buy a small fan for my desk at work and was NOT sleeping through the night at all… waking up constantly from the flashes etc. I just bought your product and have only been taking it for the last five (5) days… not even a week and I will tell you here and now my hot flashes have stopped and I have not woken up from night sweats! I have never, ever said a product is AMAZING… but I am going to say it now… this product is AMAZING! I was having a couple dozen hot flashes every day and about 10 at night. It started the day I quit having my period & it came on like a bat out of hell!! My life was unbearable. I have taken Macafem for about 2 1/2 weeks now & I just can’t believe it. I maybe have one hotflash a day and they are very minimal. I would call it a warm flash. I sleep through the night again – hard to believe. Just thought I would share my great results with you.
