Macafem has been a game changer for me. Since using Macafem for 7 mos I no longer suffer from insomnia, hot flashes and night sweats; less brain fog. I started out taking 3 tablets/day I noticed increased appetite so I reduced to 1 tablet/day 5 days a week and 2 tablets/day 2 days a week. Works like a charm. Grateful to God that this product was shared with me.

I am a very emotional person and have been on an antidepressant for years which has made me pretty stable. I just turned 54 and I am still having periods most months. I have been taking Macafem consistently for about a year. I feel it has really made me more stable emotionally. I still cry and have emotions of course, but I don’t feel so fragile. The few times I have run out of vitamins, I could tell the difference (and so could my husband!). I am thankful for the benefit I receive from Macafem. I don’t have any hot flashes or other symptoms- maybe those are yet to come, but I haven’t experienced any so far.

I started taking Macafem in Feb 2022. It has helped both the hot flashes and vaginal dryness. I am so glad I found this pill on line. I was taking two in the morning and one at night. I now take one pill and the morning and one at night and is working great. I still have a hot flash once in a while but nothing like before. Best of all the sex life is back without pain or dryness :).

Hello, this is my second time buying Macafem. In my case, it helped with my age change symptoms, I recommend it.

I used Macafem for 3 months with great results. But one of my medical professionals didn’t want me taking it–put me on another Maca supplement which was not effective, nor was another menopause supplement. So I’ve come back, I can’t take the hot flashes anymore. Dr. will just have to deal.

I’ve used this for years and it does help along with my other stuff, I just wish there was a subscribe feature that saved a little more money.

At 71 I started having major hot flashes again. While I still have some at night, this is definitely starting to work. I just ordered my second bottle
