I have been taking Macafem for about 5 years now. My doctor had offered me HRT, but I really didn’t want to go that route. Macafem has been a lifesaver! I wasn’t sleeping due to hot flashes and that somewhat “edgy” feeling, where you just can’t settle down, and leg aches. I was getting migraines often, and was extremely moody with no patience…. basically constant PMS-like symptoms, but was heading into menopause. I am now through menopause, but still find if I forget to take my Macafem for a few days, I start having more hot flashes again with trouble sleeping. Will continue as long as I need to to feel good! Hello…I ve just started macafem after other hormonal / menopausal remedies/ all natural products. However this product for me has been a God sent. Only been on it for 2 wks at the standard dose and almost immediately my sleep has improved by 80%. I think its lessened the intensity of my hot flashes and I do feel a little less brain fog. I would recommend this product.

I had started having hot flashes–I would feel hot and suddenly just start sweating. After about two weeks of taking Macafem, the sweats just stopped occurring. After almost three months, they have not returned. I can’t speak for everyone, but for me, Macafem truly does what it says it will.

I’m giving a 5 star rating even though I still get hot flashes. The main reason for the 5 star rating is because Macafem has worked better than anything else I have tried and there are no side effects. The hot flashes I do get are infrequent and don’t last near as long as they used to. Considering my body doesn’t usually respond to most herbal remedies well, I call it a success. I have recommended it to friends and they too have had relief.

I was initially a little apprehensive if it was going to work and it so, how fast. Well, within 2 days my hot flashes completely stopped! However, it hasn’t helped with my hair loss, unfortunately. This is why I only give 3 stars.

After reading reviews decided to give this a go, more out of desperation, as hot flushes were so bad. Best thing I did, these are amazing. Within 2 weeks hot flushes had almost ceased bar for the odd one or two. Now two months in, taking 3 a day nothing. Life changing!!!

Have had relief from hot sweats by about 50% also helps considerably with sore breasts.
