Hands down I love this product! I’m 42 and wanted to try Macafem for my pre-menstrual problems after it was recommended by a work colleague. I’ve been taking 2 tablets per day now for 3 months and I have seen big changes in my energy levels, a happier more stable mood and not only an increase in my libido but an increase in the intensity of the big O. Overall I’m very happy.

I am very, very pleased with Macafem. I am in my twenties and have suffered from mood swings, pms and other symptoms of hormonal imbalance (possibly entering into the early stages of menopause). I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I have seen a dramatic change in my moods and energy. I didn’t believe that mood swings are a result of unbalanced hormones until I started to see a difference. My only wish is that I could have found Macafem sooner! The pills smell similar to flavored yogurt and are very easy to swallow. I was a little hesitant because I wasn’t sure how big they were (I hate taking pills btw) but they are just the right size. I am only taking two a day (the bottle says three) because I am quite smaller than the average woman. I have just suggested this to my mother and I really hope that she will purchase and reap the benefits from Macafem as well. I’m very happy to have come across this site and will continue using this product for years to come.

I received your supplements yesterday and within 4 hours of using them my hot flashes were less frequent and barely noticeable. Where as before, I was having a very severe hot flash every hour. I’m quite a cynical person and when I read the sort of thing I am about to write I always feel a bit suspicious. However, I’ve been taking Macafem for just over three weeks and it has made me feel so much better. Prior to this I would feel a bit disoriented and muddled sometimes, couldn’t sleep very well and found I was feeling generally rather low.
I take four a day as that seems to suit me just fine and I’m delighted with the effects they appear to be having. I’m not feeling anxious about silly things, I can sleep better and my mood seems to have stabilized. In short I feel like I did about 20 years ago.
