OMG I have been on MacaFem for 8 days and I can not believe the results thus far. For the first three days on this product I did have insomnia and a mild headache which was nothing compared to the migraines I have suffered with for the past 8 years. My hot flashes only came to my chest and never made it to my head causing that funky feeling. For the first time in about 8-10 years I am sleeping through the night!!! I still have night sweats on occasion but not to the extent that it keeps me up all night and not every night. My cold flashes during the day are not as often nor are they as intense. (No one told me about cold flashes, I thought I was going crazy or had some weird disease) At first I was not feeling/seeing that much change but increased (slowly) my dose to the max of 6 total a day spread out throughout the day. By the middle of my 3rd month I was feeling/living normal again. It has been about 5 months and I have not had any decrease in its effectiveness (something that I’ve experienced with other herbs) I was so worried about those plant hormones and cancer that I didn’t want to go that route. What a find!!! I ordered this product based on other’s testimonials – I am so glad I did. I started using this product on May 8 (it’s only June 1) by only using 2 – 3 pills a day and what a relief (literally).
