I have to say Thank you Lord for sending me to this product. I have only been taking it since July 3, 2013 but WOW. I feel so much better. No more night sweats, sleeping so soundly but the best part is the sadness and depression are gone. I feel like me again. My Dr. put me on antidepressant due to hormone changes after menopause. I am 51 years old and post menopausal. I was dealing with severe hot flashes, night sweats and lack of energy. I’ve been using Macafem since June of 2012, and ran out about a month ago. Macafem has saved my sanity! I am 49 and going through terrible hot flashes, night sweats and other menopause related symptoms. I have tried many of the natural remedies out there but none of them did a thing. I was so desperate a few weeks ago that I even called my regular dr. and asked if she could prescribe me a safe HRT. She flat out said “no” they are not safe – try to find something natural. For the first time in about 8-10 years I am sleeping through the night!!! I still have night sweats on occasion but not to the extent that it keeps me up all night and not every night. My cold flashes during the day are not as often nor are they as intense. (No one told me about cold flashes, I thought I was going crazy or had some weird disease) At first I was not feeling/seeing that much change but increased (slowly) my dose to the max of 6 total a day spread out throughout the day. By the middle of my 3rd month I was feeling/living normal again. It has been about 5 months and I have not had any decrease in its effectiveness (something that I’ve experienced with other herbs) I was so worried about those plant hormones and cancer that I didn’t want to go that route. Nor did I want to use hormone replacement therapy. Thank you Macafem for making this herb easy to take.

What a find!!! I ordered this product based on other’s testimonials – I am so glad I did. I started using this product on May 8 (it’s only June 1) by only using 2 – 3 pills a day and what a relief (literally). I suffered with really bad night sweats, hot flashes and no sleep – not anymore!! Most of my menopausal symptoms seemed to vanish. I’m 52 and have been suffering for about 2 years now – I can’t be happier and I will continue using this product.

I just wanted to let you know how good your product works! I stopped my night sweats in just four (4) days and could not believe it. Brought the product to my doctor and she said “yes” use it. Hello! I did NOT really know if Macafem would help me with the horrible night sweats, and hot flashes that I have been getting for over a year now. I do not get them periodically I get them continuously! I have had to buy a small fan for my desk at work and was NOT sleeping through the night at all… waking up constantly from the flashes etc. I just bought your product and have only been taking it for the last five (5) days… not even a week and I will tell you here and now my hot flashes have stopped and I have not woken up from night sweats!
