I am 55 years old; 3 years ago I began taking Macafem because I was suffering with bloating, enlarged tender breasts and many hot flashes through the night (6 to 10) and during the day (10 to 20)….i was miserable! Then after just one week of taking three Macafem per day, my bloating and tender breast issues ceased. My hot flashes were cut in half. I first started taking Macafem in February, 2015 and posted an initial positive review then. It’s been over two years, and I’m now 47, and I can honestly say the only time this product doesn’t work is when I get complacent in feeling better and forget to take it! This summer I became inconsistent in taking it and have had a return of night sweats, vaginal dryness and poor sleep. I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. After I found the proper dosage for my body I stopped having hotflashes, nightsweats, sleeplessness etc. I tried to find a cheaper alternative but did not have the relief I found with macafem.

I am 57 years old and going through Menopause. I have been fortunate enough to not have experienced real severe issues with menopause. I have been using Macafem for 4 months and it has helped. It has reduced night sweats and hot flashes during the day. I have started sleeping through the night again. The instructions say to take 3 tablets twice a day. I started with 2 tablets in the morning and that is all that I need. You will have to experiment to see what dosage works for you. I did forget to take the tablets for 2 days and my symptoms started to increase so make sure you take daily.

OMG. OMG.. OMG!!! Seriously!! I am here right now to buy 5 more bottles. I never want to run out. My hormones were so out of whack. I would wake up and ask myself if I would ever feel good again. I had aches and pains and no energy. My hot flashes and night sweats were something straight out of hell. I was to the point that I just didn’t care if I was going to wake up the next day.
