Macafem is a great product that has helped eliminate night sweats and pain I was having in my breasts. I love the smell and taste of this product and let the flavor linger on my tongue before swallowing it is that tasty! Highly recommend this product!

This stuff is amazing! I turn 41 in a couple of months and this year I have started have night sweats, moodiness, low libido, and a hot flash here and there. Macafem to the reduce! It has helped with all those things and I’m not even finished with my first bottle. I knew Maca root helped with women’s issues so I had been adding some to my smoothies…not the same! Was having horrible hot flashes over full body and night sweats. Dung Quai no longer working – made things worse. I am 55 years old; 3 years ago I began taking Macafem because I was suffering with bloating, enlarged tender breasts and many hot flashes through the night (6 to 10) and during the day (10 to 20)….i was miserable! Then after just one week of taking three Macafem per day, my bloating and tender breast issues ceased. My hot flashes were cut in half. I have continued taking Macafem ever since but I now only take 2 pills per day and only experience a few hot flashes per day and one or two thru the night—I can handle that! I have experimented going off of Macafem for one week and by the 7th day my numerous hot flashes came back! So, I now take it everyday to keep them down to a minimum. I have suffered no side effects—they actually seem to give me more energy because of the added minerals and vitamins Macafem contains. I first started taking Macafem in February, 2015 and posted an initial positive review then. It’s been over two years, and I’m now 47, and I can honestly say the only time this product doesn’t work is when I get complacent in feeling better and forget to take it! This summer I became inconsistent in taking it and have had a return of night sweats, vaginal dryness and poor sleep. I’ve started taking it again faithfully this week and have ordered five more bottles at the lower price. This is a keeper!
